Both Amanda and Frank have new drivers, with Viking commenting specifically about Frank's driver, calling him "Mr boy band"

That was a pretty good episode. 2 episodes in and both are far better than anything in S1. Ease off of the dramatic score and there's not much else to complain about.
Yer man Bren is a one-dimensional dose - not sure I'll stick with this if its continues
Jed Delaney's life is ruined.
They cheaped out on the car scene there with the silver bmw. Swapped in a much older model when doing the donuts. Destroys the scene for me.
Vikings woman looked good in that dress.
I agree about the score, it's in every fkin scene even when they are just chatting in the kitchen drinking glasses of water. Worst part of the show.
Bren is very easy to hate. Typical bully type. Hope Michael takes him out. Someone will. But I think it will Birdie who sets it up. She is really unnerved by him and I'd say she will be forced to reluctantly team up with Amanda to figure out a way to get rid of him.
Correct and right, he's Birdies brother and the dirty so and so putting his hand on her leg like that, filthy (I won't post what I want to say)
And Frank is right, in the previous series he sought help re Viking,
Bren is told that things have changed, he doesn't give a monkeys, he sees how great things are, and he wants to take credit for it as seen in the scene with Amanda, maybe they'll go down the John Gilligan route, except I hope they kill bren off....
Must keep an eye out for the lads when I'm up for the match tomorrow 😉
Can see Bren dying from a heart attack or something. Remember in season 1 when Eamonn told Frank 'you and your inbred family' yep I get why he siad that now seeing Brens ways
Bren is great, the most realistic character out of them all, some great non-pc lines from him. Hope he takes over and stays in the season
I remember a shot from the trailer where Anna was dancing in front of Bren and Birdy walks in. I imagine that he'll die at the hands of Michael. I don't think Mikey will take lightly his pedo father being near his daughter. I'd like it more if they allowed Frank or Birdy to kill him though.

A bit ott perhaps maybe the show needed it to liven it up, but unlike anyone else in the family a major crime family and they're all in it ...literally none of his sons are like him highly unusual for that world
The rest of them are as weak as watered down kia-ora.

Need more characters like that who just exude malice and danger. I like how it is clear they're a messy bunch of kin(ahans), unlike say Eamon in S1 who is 'professional' and fair if in a brutal sense.
It's one of the more unbelievable parts of the show for me, that and the piddly little network a so called major criminal outfit appears to have.....a network that doesn't seem to go beyond 1 sole kid from a council estate 😁
