Something not adding up alright.
This discussion is causing confusion. The price for a Mod Y RWD, including 1200 for colour is 47,811 which includes VRT and SEAI Grant. the image posted above did not include these tow key components. Lets keep it simple
100% correct € 47,810.98 is the price for a MY RWD with a additional costed colour of Blue or MSM obviously Red is more again. That’s what I paid for the one I collected this week. Not sure what Tesla are up to but I went from fully paid to owing them money, to them owing me 3K to owing them money again, then it all went back to normal the morning of collecting, need to get the interns away from the computers 😂
So quick update, collected my model Y white on white today. Better set up at the NVD than I expected. I’m and out in 2 mins. Had a look around car all good, no scratches or issues with PPF. Cars were spotless inside and out. Looked like they have been running them over to the car wash.
Left with 23%, hit ionity and charged to 98%. Did take 45 mins + with very little time for preheating (had it set to sandyford supercharger)

rest of the trip to cork, stayed about the 105kph mark and arrived home with 21%. (Car had predicted 5% leaving ionity) Worked out about 400km range. With higher temps hopefully get a little more.
the fart cushions kept me and the young lad entertained on the way down 😂
what stood out:
the seats are really really white but happy I went with them.
aero wheels aren’t as bad as I remember but still stuck black turbine caps on as soon as I got home. Looks better
rear windscreen view really is very little

Can I ask just to be 100% sure, what was the final price. I have the exact same spec due to collect Monday.
My original order agreement was 47,811 but final invoice is for an extra €909 now, which is also showing as due in my account.
What do you mean? You got a slot for collection? I'd be interested if can get an earlier delivery. Is it M3 or MY?

What’s disappointing in terms of this price confusion/system glitch is that in the case of @Forerunner tesla cannot even confirm over the phone the correct price. Quoting him almost 49k. Especially if they need him to give a yes no answer in taking a car that’s come up.

Does anyone know if induction wheels come with lock nuts as standard or do you have to buy them separately?
You'd have to buy them separate.
They are worthless, like any lock nut. The right size socket can remove them all. They would not even be a deterant.
Collecting on Tuesday morning. Fully paid over a week ago. No registration number yet but should I be seeing a final invoice at this stage? All that’s in my documents is the order agreement

You will get text with registration from Tesla, then a document will appear in your Tesla account called “Proof of Registration”, then a document called “Final Invoice”.
i know Tesla are working through the registrations so don’t panic. In my own case I got these details on Friday night and I have a collection on Monday morning. This is not unusual particularly bearing in mind the volumes they are dealing with this quarter.

Hi All, Has anyone received VIN numbers for orders placed late Feb. or early march 2023?
Spec is as important as date of order.
I ordered Jan 14th and still no vin. Plenty ordered much later than that and have collected their cars already.
Seems to be that LRs are very hard to come by. RWDs easy to get.
That's what I found very strange the day (last Tuesday) I collected my RWD. Met a couple picking up a LR (black plus inductions) that they'd only ordered middle February - very surprised they got it.
I guess nobody in their right mind would buy a LR with inductions now since you’re paying €7k for the wheels?
So if there just happened to be one on the boat, you’d probably be the only one in the country willing to take it. The car would be worth €10k less than you paid for it as soon as you drove it out of the gates.
It’s not really surprising, upgrade wheels mean that black LR isn’t grant qualifying. They would have effectively paid more than €6K for a set of upgrade wheels. Madness.
No difference though if buying through a business, and many are.

True, but just in terms of getting one. Will be much easier as vast majority of people wouldn’t take it.
There was one on inventory for several days last week for example. They aren’t in demand.
