I seen the grass and put it down to being hotter than Ireland. Which it would be as it's not far from London. They should have watered their grass maybe not every year but last summer was a massive heat wave even more so there than what we got here which was a warm summer also.
I'd say the dogs had more to do with it!

It fronts right onto the A5 at Hockliffe one of the busiest trunk roads in the country, especially when the M1 is backed up, which happens frequently.
