Expect oil to start rising in price again as Opec+ announced over the weekend another 1 million barrel cuts.
It's already up to over 84 dollars a barrel again.
They said 70 dollars was not palatable.

I just got 500 litres for €484. 97cent from Certa. So cheaper than it was before the war by a whole 3 cent lol.
It is starting to creep back up again do but hopefully not by much. It really shoukd stay around this level but Iraq recently closed some fuel line and its causing it to go up a bit.

Top Oil are quoting €978 for 1,000L in Galway. That's quite a drop, it was around €1,015 when I checked yesterday morning (both quotes from their website)
It was down today again to just over 73 dollars a barrel. Lovely stuff. Hopefully nothing much changes over the weekend and it stays put or continues to fall another bit.
Still dropping in Kildare too. I can see it going a bit further so I'll be holding off before topping up for next winter.

I see this has now dropped again by €40 bringing the price of 1000l down to €959 with Swilly Fuels which appears to be the cheapest in the country at the moment.
Bloody brilliant to see the prices getting that bit closer to what we were used to not that long ago.

Updated sign on Cavan\Fermanagh border this morning, €0.79 cent a litre for heating oil.....
It is down today again thankfully to just under 71 dollars a barrel. Now if it only fell say about 10 dollars more say to 60 dollars a barrel for a while.
Not only would that be good but it would hurt Russia too.
