I didn't say that all or most OAPs would vote for them - but most of their voters are probably OAPs. Which isn't a great place for any political party hoping to have a future to be.

I remember well when the ex-Dragon and ex FF bagman (name escapes me) messed up the presidential debate - he had been favourite to win and I immediately put a large bet on Michael D Higgins at 5/2. He romped home of course, easy money.
Bertie wouldn't even survive an interview, never mind a debate. He is a proven liar.
The great thing is, if he stands for president and has to debate, he cant just walk out if faced with an awkward question, which he has previous for.

The nickname "MeHole" is a reflection on the man's abilities, he is less than useless and finds it very hard to make decisions, he is a constant "hurler on the ditch" type, always trying to make any decisions, if possible, at the last minute or in extra time, he just waffles along, more shift in a packet of Daz.
When holding ministerial positions in the past he would always kick decisions into touch, calling for reports on everything, delay, delay making a decision, send a hospital pass onto someone else.
