Have they ever acknowledged bringing in 4k HDR/Dolby vision support? Of course, I am sure it will come along with Boost 2.0, but there seems to be no intention to bring it in.

Anecdotally, the majority of people who get boost do so with sports
I still think Boost is the biggest scam going by a streaming service. If it offered 4k HDR/Dolby vision, sure, but its crazy that you have to pay extra for 1080p on top. It's not like they have a catalogue of Netflix's size. But I guess, that's Sky

Make sure you've all your marketing preferences set to yes. I regularly get emails with codes, even if I've an active sub. Even the times I accidentally paid full price I'd just tell NowTV and they'd refund and let me apply a new code.
€3~€5 is a good price for Movies/Entertainment, imo. Anything above that and the value falls.

Was getting 3 months of Sky Sports for €39 per month recurring since Christmas 2021. The offer came up when cancelling Sky Sports.
Tried cancelling today but no offer came up for Sky Sports so have cancelled Now TV completely. I got Sky Sports for 15 months for €13 per month. Was good while it lasted.
May also depend on your marketing preferences. That being said, I've never received an unsolicited offer by email or text. I just rely on this thread FTW!

IIRC Sports was on offer for 3 months for €30 total sometime around last April possibly as Now trying to gain subs for the quieter sporting Summer season, though it doesn't mean it will be the same this year
Yeah I've had several "cancellation offers" - but they've clearly cottoned on as I didn't get any offer this time, just cancelled.
Coming to the end of an offer period of Sports for €10 and Sports Extra for €5 per month.
Is such an offer in any way common, am I likely to see anything like that in the near future?
I also have 4 boxes with Sports/Extra which I can start working my way through.
Will probably forego Sports Extra for the summer, as I only watch it for the odd PL game and European Rugby
I was within 30 days of cancelling my Boost offer of €3 per month. Clicked through to cancel and they offered it for €3 per month for another six months!! Happy days!!
Some of the codes can be scraped from the website with a bit of IT know how.
Other offers are given when you go to cancel.

@applejunkie - This is the best solution as it ensures the app will auto-update, rather than side loading an APK. It relates to the Amazon Device preferences.
As Poolboy notes, if you have a family account with other users - it will break that link as you will temporarily be in a differenmt region - simple fix is to go an rejoin the family accounts again. If you dont - you can ignore this.

I got it to work but it was a pain to set up tbh. Change region on your Amazon account to Ireland and install it, you'll have to contact Amazon support to change back to UK after, I found it had messed up family account settings and needed to contact them.
It came up on this thread before. Apparently if you search the store there is an Irish version of the app
Hi all, has anyone got the Now TV app to work on the firestick? It's not recognising my account and Now TV chat said its because its the UK app not the Irish one .
They will wait till they wither and die. At the very least Customer Service will validate the codes for a good while yet.

There was no way those sticks were sustainable. On environmental grounds.
They will stop supporting them in about a year so.
Got one in currys thanks...they've stopped making them apparently...so when they're gone they're gone
Lots in my local Tesco Extra, though oddly the sports ones are in generic red packaging with the old Now TV branding and the only indication that they are in fact the sports ones is a small sticker on the barcode.
