I think the accuracy of Ukrainian artillery is probably very high, when used with drones. The Dji 30T drone costs €14,230 but it has a 200x hybrid zoom and a laser range finder and GPS. Enterprise level drones like the 30t can employ Real Time Kinematic (RTK) GPS if you add a ground station, you then get GPS accuracy in the drone down to 1 - 2cm.
The laser range finder works in conjunction with the camera, so that when the drone operator is looking at a tank, there is a precise readout of the coordinates of whatever is being looked at, calculated from the laser range finder distance measurements, the known position of the drone and the data from the camera positioning module as to the declination and bearing of what it's being pointed at.
So if the artillery or mortar teams have calibrated their setup, it would appear that they are then able to precisely hit targets with a single round, without having to fire multiple rounds and use observations to adjust fire onto targets.
I have seen video of them getting direct hits on stationary vehicles with the first round. I'd say the Ukrainians have changed the game when it comes to artillery accuracy.

Vladimir Putin is a murderous psychopath who has unleashed death and destruction on Ukraine, and he will continue to do so, and further afield too unless he is stopped.
