Very simple, have existing park wardens & street cleaner leads manage them. They dont turn up, they dont get paid.
Every park and street could do with additional cleaners. No extra cost to the state as they are already getting paid.
Ffs. My kids have nowhere to live Ryan. Well Lisa, you should have considered that before bringing 3 children into this world that you are unable to provide for. Tusla should be called, not the housing agencies.

Shes working the system. Same as Margaret Cash and the rest of them that go on the housing list at the earliest age possible, have several kids while telling the state that they have nowhere to live (which is beyond irresponsible) and expect to be given the keys to a house in the area they grew up.
If Lisa really wants a house so urgently maybe she could get a job, save a deposit, and buy in an area that she can afford, like the rest of us do. And if that means she has to move county then so be it. She's not the only one who would have to do so, plenty of 9-5 PAYE workers have moved miles from "home" to put a roof over their heads. Yet this one thinks the state should give her a house on the road she grew up on (which she referred to on the show, about boarded up houses on her road).
