Probably not relevant to current situation but during the Finnish/USSR war the Russians were in the habit of sending in their bombers on predictible routes. The Finns built flak towers hidden along these routes. To great effect.

Honestly, given the speed upon reentry, concrete "dummy" MIRVs could probably do a pretty hefty amount of damage. It would be wildly inaccurate, but Russia hasn't exactly put too much focus on accuracy. Would they risk the inevitable reaction that such launches would inevitably bring with them though, even with dummy warheads? Never mind the West, I can't imagine that Beijing would be too comfortable about a neighbor throwing around ICBMs, especially since unlike with "regular" weapons, it is much harder to determine whether any particular missile has had its regular warheads replaced with dummies.
Saw this comment probably why Ukraine is so determined to keep Bakhmut.

Putin needs the whole of the Donbas under Russian control at a minimum in order to be able to call the invasion of Ukraine anything like a success. Taking Bakhmut might buy Putin a little more time on top of whatever he may have, but is that enough time to take the larger towns laying to the west which are still in the Donbas? The Russians are trying to fight an offensive war, but they're showing precious little sign of mobility right now, and Putin needs a more dynamic conflict which shows signs of progress in order to be able to keep his own public onside as well as not test China's patience.
If the Ukrainians can launch a counter attack which opens a corridor between the southern coast and the Donbas, Putin is going to go into a serious panic.

I was thinking about headgear that you put over your eyes and sees through the sight. That way you could keep out of sight.
Something like this only more sophisticated, with a feed from the telescopic sight that goes to a pair of virtual reality goggles. That way you could keep out of sight of enemy fire. The mechanics should be easy to solve.
Mount an fpv system and a servo/actuator you could sit in a trench or hardcover while you are engaging an enemy approaching you away from the gun ,
It's essentially where the crow and other remote vehicle mounted weapon stations,
I posted one earlier in the thread where the Ukrainans took a bmp gun turret and mounted it in a hardened trench ,the Russians spent two weeks, grenades ,rpgs , mortars trying to take the trench that had no one in it,
