You're making up your own stories now.
She was shoved onto her arse by the male guard, after having already been escorted off the premises.
Another poster described it as an "on your way" shove; I think that's an apt description. That's not appropriate behaviour for a guard.
It's quite clear in this video at 0:31. She's off the premises, he's let go of her, job done, and goes out of his way to give her an extra shove as a parting gesture. Sends her on her arse and presumably sprained her ankle.
Your fighting a loosing battle here, you should get a job with Dublin Live !
In the clip the female garda let go of her and when she turned to give out she fell over on her high heels. Anyone else looking at the video would make a presumption she was intoxicated because that's what it looked like (or she's never worn heels before). Fair play to the Garda who then tried to help her up, after all the abuse, that Garda is a better one than most because she didn't deserve assistance but it was given anyway.
That family are an absolute embarrassment. Do they not realise they are a laughing stock? Spolit, privileged, disconnected and grotesque.
I feel sorry for the gardai called to deal with them and broadcast all over tv for their hardship.
ffs
Have to say I was appalled by the behaviour of the Gards here. The failure to use batons and pepper spray while dealing with these muppets was disgusting and very disappointing.
Love it haha
I used to think these kinds of families were only found in America and remote European spots.
The parents are clearly unstable and their children were home-schooled and isolated from their peers and normal society. They've clearly been brainwashed. Is there no oversight when children are isolated like that?
In the unlikely event that any of the children marry someone from the same background (and let's face it they won't marry someone with a normal background and moderate views) could history be allowed repeat itself?
There was a link to the RTE news report posted earlier, after they'd all been turfed out mammy was ranting at the camera and the rest of the family were chanting and nodding like deranged sockpuppets, but those kids never had a chance of a normal life, they don't even know what normal is. They are steadfastly convinced that they are right and the rest of us are the problem. They're all destined to be lonely, angry and bitter.
I looked at it again from a different angle. The male guard gives her a slight shove one direction but then the female guard gives her a slight shove into a different direction and the combination of both causes her to fall over in my opinion.
I don't think it was intentional but then male Guard sees the tv camera and comes back trying to look concerned.
It also didn't help she's wearing high heels.
This is getting ridiculous now.
Why should these absolute headbangers be afforded due process by the courts when they don't respect the basic rule of law? Why should we be pissing away court resources and public money on these shenanigans?
Those Gardai deserve medals for their patience and restraint. I don't think I'd be able to do it.
I'd sum it up like that. That's what I see too.
They should be locked up for the rest of their lives. Pathetic humans.
Imagine being the most embarrassing thing to emerge from Mayo, I'say there's generations of footballers down there breathing a sigh of relief that they;re being forgotten about.
Lay off the sauce…
I thought the female garda helped her up because she knew the shove from her colleague went too far and some might see it as grounds for assault.
Just seen this on Twitter, haven't read all the posts today so don't know if it's been brought up:

Irish Muslim Council supports the position of @CatholicPrimary about the teaching of gender identity issues in primary schools.
It is not appropriate to teach primary school children such a complex and contested topic......
..
@bucketybuck do not post in this thread again
I think the first paragraph is a fair description. I'm not trying to suggest UFC level violence. It was a parting "on your way" shove (or two) against someone who was safely off-premises. In my opinion that's not appropriate (or legally permitted) behaviour by a guard. It's what I expect from a knucklehead bouncer.
The outcome - her falling on her arse - was possibly not intentional. It is difficult to prove or even discern intentions. The fact is that he gave her an unecessary shove and it resulted in her falling. I don't want to see guards do that to anyone regardless of their beliefs or behaviour. We don't pay guards to discipline people.
I am absolutely shocked by this development. Nobody could have seen this coming.
You are absolutely deluded here trying to compare this to a bouncer ejecting someone from a club, and it’s beyond ludicrous to even bring in “legally permitted.” She fell because of her footwear. And you do realize this woman was resisting as well?
Jaysus, I’d hate to be someone relying on your witness/interpretation to a situation.
FFS, you must think actual man-handling by gardai in certain situations deserves the Gardai to be strung up.
How many Guards got called away from doing something useful just to haul these people from the court and then get saddled with the paperwork etc etc., flowing from their selfish, entitled behaviour?
All of them, by the looks of it.
There's always plenty of guards around for the useless stuff.
I suspect Judges have given personal injury claim payouts for less, so don’t write off a claim just because of who is involved.
Mod - Needlessly personal comments mocking how the Burke's look or making inappropriate innuendo about them are getting progressively worse in this thread and it stops here.
Any further such comments will mean a threadban
In fairness, there was a "now feck off" type shove involved alright. The brother was close to being caught in a choke hold as well but the Garda thought better of it at the last second and changed strategy.
I was once incarcerated over a week in Sweden (insufficient funds) and was given a shove by one of the attendants there.
I think it was to show who was boss.I assumed that was just routine badarsery but I can't say I enjoyed it.
If I was being ejected from a courtroom I would expect the Guards to be courteous but hardly to be bending over backwards so as not to give offense.
Haven't bothered to look at the video .I don't think I will look to the Burkes for evening entertainment.
