For Ammi Burke to be disbarred, a few things need to be the case.
Was she acting as her brother's legal representative? I don't think she was, as the Court of Appeal is Counsel at Barrister level. I think Enoch was representing himself.
In that case, she's not misbehaving as a Solicitor, she's in alleged contempt as an attendee in the public gallery.
And so someone, either the Court or a client would have to make an official complaint to the Tribunal to begin disciplinary procedures that may result, ultimately, in disbarment.
Her brother won't, obviously and I can't imagine the Court doing it as a) though qualified she isn't practising in any capacity and b) the Court will be happy enough to see her dealt with for the contempt, they have no legal quarrel with her.
Is that what detectives wear now or were they two members of the public just happy to help take out the rubbish?

What's been telling has been the almost complete absence of "supporters" at any of the public incidents.

I think there would be quite a few people that would support the general idea of not wishing to "use pro-nouns" and so on , but the actions and behaviour of Enoch and the rest of the Burkes have everyone keeping well clear.
Had he gone the correct route and raised a formal grievance using the official process I suspect that he would have had a lot more support with groups potentially offering to fund/support his case as it went through the courts.
Instead he went the "Ignore the law and try to bully everyone into submission" route and so absolutely no one is coming to his aide or support.
