The EU Courts are only for challenging points of law - He can't go there just because he doesn't like the ruling.
This appeal was on his original attempt to have the original suspension from School declared invalid (because he did nothing wrong apparently).
He has no legal basis to go any further with this one.
All of them need to be charged with contempt of court for their antics.

If we're going by the number of Gardai involved in their removal then Simeon is in the lead as it took five of them to get him out.
Ammi and Dad needed four and Issac only required two as he was lying on the ground and was just dragged out by his feet.
