Yes and my response was in relation to them admiring him standing up for his beliefs. Lots of people have different beliefs, it doesn’t mean they should be commended for it no matter what their beliefs are.
Not all beliefs are equal, if you believe you are being wronged and stand up for yourself, it would inconceivable that your belief could be construed as being equivalent to that of a serial killer.

Back to jail would be a start. Income attachment order to ensure the fine gets paid. A couple of well deserved put-downs by the Judge (i've seen judges refer to defandants as "gobsh1tes" before so there is precedant). My imagination doesn't stretch much further so apologies but there's 3 fairly simple ones.
He had other options to stand up for his beliefs that were legal. He didn’t take them and chose to be a bully, demand that the school follow his beliefs and defy court orders instead. That is not something to be admired! He could very well have stood up for his beliefs and met with the principal and discussed his concerns without all this nonsense! He expects the school to follow court orders if they are in his favour of course.
Jail & fines have been or are currently in play and don't seem to have much effect. Burkes principled objections rise above such paltry matters.
So you better come up with some other way of making a show of him, if you think that appropriate.
On a kind of related matter, I read that Kate Forbes, one of the main contenders for leadership of the Scottish National Party, is from an evangelical background and would be perfectly in tune with Enoch in terms of views on same sex marriage and trans genderism etc. So Burke is not some outlier on these matters..

As has been pointed out repeatedly , it's not his views per se that mark him out as an "outlier" it is his behaviour.
His BELIEFS caused NONE of those things to happen.

Does the court hold session for these things? As far as I know, it's just publication of a decision and I'm assuming Enoch will be notified personally of it via mail/email.
Forbes has also stated that she supports the individuals rights so, while she may have agreed with him, it's unlikely she's be carrying on like him. Or, given that she's a politician, even condoning him.
But again, it's not viewpoints that have gotten him into trouble.

He was fired for being verbally abusive to his boss. His objection boils down to "They can't fire me for being abusive". Exactly what "principled objection" are you referring to? His views on non-binary and/or transgendered students have no bearing on his situation, as they had nothing to do with his suspension, the court order, or his being sacked. So what "principled objection" do you think is actually involved?
