Somebody might be able to tell me there is an apartment block near the river front it looks like it was abended was it due to the crash or why is it left like it is for so long.
Can you show us in Google maps?
If you mean the block just over the bridge on the Waterford side, that was indeed built in the boom not long before the crash - pass it regularly. I think some of the upper storey apartments are occupied but never the ground floor afaik, really not sure why. Locals would know I'm sure.
You mean the Kilkenny side there in Rosbercon , I am talking there in the town down from Kavanaghs news agents on the left hand side as you come over the bridge near the galley restaurant.
Ah right. You must mean North Quay. I don't know the history but plans afoot it seemshttps://www.independent.ie/regionals/newrossstandard/news/5m-investment-boost-for-new-ross-35428465.html
Is that the place that went on fire a few years back?
Seems like it

Thats the building thanks its a pity to see it in the state its in for so long I thought it was the down turn. The apartment block on the other side of the river does not look great either.
No on the other side. That development was built at the height of the boom and didn’t go as planned. Most are vacant I believe
Are all the fires in recent weeks coincidence or something more sinister?
Hospital, car park, business park and now furniture store in New Ross.
Just seems a lot in one place.
