It’s 59 Sq m which in fairness by today’s standards is tiny! The bedrooms look like prison cells. No room for wardrobes .. probably suit a bachelor or maybe a downsizing couple but it’s really not good value no matter what way you look at it. Maybe at half the price it might sell.
No expense spared but not very tasteful. Its nearly 20 years ago I remember lots of marble. The back yard or compound was full of caravans. I was an apprentice at the time my old boss would sell him the cut off copper from cables very cheap. You can guess what didn't happen in return.

Why does the Agent have the plan for number 65 flipped 90 degrees?
I dont think they are the plans for that building at all. They show a study on the ground floor and a bedroom jutting out from the front of the house. the house doesn't have that. also the chimney is in a different place on the plans.
No 70 is a property for a developer/builder. For number 30 you would have to strip it all back anyway.

This could be lovely but it's in an awful state at the moment. Looks like someone gave a go at a renovation but has ended up putting it back up for sale. You'd want plenty of time and money and be handy yourself I'd say.
I always wonder why, when people are selling a house , they don't pack away personal items. Obviously not everything but ornaments and picture frames etc.(I understand why you'd leave stuff on walls as the wallpaper/paint has probably faded) They have to be packed away anyway. So may as well get a head start and present the house a little more neutral.

Sold a house this time last year that had been a rental. We cleared all the furniture out as it wasn't in great condition and the feedback afterwards was that most people struggled to visualise how their furniture would fit in. Long and short of it is that a nearly identical house on the same block in which the owners had left furnished went for a few grand more just after ours was sold.
Selling a house can take a lot of time (especially if buying too). No point in packing away stuff if you’re going to stay there for 6 months or more
We painted walls etc and cleaned up of course but most people (I think) prefer to see that a house is “lived in” as it’s less likely to have bigger problems than cosmetics
