I started running almost 3 yrs ago. It's been a bit stop-start thanks to life (mostly pregnancy/babies) getting in the way! So 3 yrs of stop-start running later here i am with almost a year now of fairly consistent running. I'm hoping this log will help me to achieve some/all of my goals
