Just opened today! Anyone know what percentage of job offers are based outside Dublin just out of curiosity?
Any update from the Kerry Panel
Has anyone in Batch 7 above OOM 60 heard anything ? Just trying to roughly workout how long i maybe waiting .Thank you
Hi All,
Apologies if this is a silly question but how do I find out what batch I am in? I am on the open Dublin panel waiting an interview date.
Thanks in advance
Noway of knowing for definite until you're called for interview.
From there you can email them and ask, or just wait and it'll be on screen when you're doing the interview.
Ah okay. Thanks a mill :) Just seen in an earlier post they have called OOM 1099 for open as of 15/2/23
Anyone from Galway been placed?
I know of one person placed in Galway. Don't know if it was open or inter.
Just got an email from Clearance asking if i was still interested as they hadn't received a response from the first email. Thank god they sent it as i missed the first one completely despite checking emails constantly. I was expecting a message on publicjobs for this information.
I received the same email, but i checked and i sent them all my documentation on the 20th February
Sorry if this is a repetition. I thrawled back and I couldn't see the answer.
Open competition (Dublin):
How long from reference request to likely start date? I am not currently employed in any department.
Thankfully all sorted now, they confirmed they got it and said they will be contacting my department for a reference. Hopefully not too long before a position comes up
When i came in as a CO once my references came through i was offered a position in less than a week. However, at the time my Department only took people in on the 1st of the month which was fine as i had to give a months notice.
Starting the 1st of the month is no longer a thing in my department either so i'd say you could start as soon as suits you
Perfect , do you mind me asking what Batch you are in and what OOM . I am in Batch 7 OOM 114
I'm 142 open and 66 interdepartmental.
Thanks. I mean people further up in this competition (Dublin - external). Have batch 4 (Dublin - external) all started in roles? If so, how long did it all take? I think I've seen some people in batch 5 mention they haven't been appointed yet?
Any word on mayo or Sligo
Probably an easy answer I'm missing, but how do you set up an alert for EO, AO, AP etc.? Which category do you select?
Administrative.
Thanks. Which sub-category would cover EO and AO?
Great , hopefully you get it soon , and I'm assuming Batch 7 ?
mayo have called to interview 10 open and 3 inter. Its very slow moving!
Yes batch 7. PAS have already been in touch with HR. Due to have a call with my manager to see if I want to stay in my department or move. No idea what to do
Thats great well done , what department are you currently in if you don't mind me asking. I am in Revenue and would love to be kept here
@el Fenomeno Graduate and trainee/junior management for EO and AO. Senior management for AP
For those that have been placed in positions from the Dublin panels would any of you mind giving us a rough idea of what score you had gotten in round 1 - Total Score (Verbal Reasoning & Situational Judgement): 10**. and what batch you ended in.
I had selected another county, finished in top 15 and have yet to be called to Round 2 so just wondering if I would be better selecting Dublin for next competition.
DOF
My total score (verbal + situational) was 1116. Got called for interview in Batch 7.
Have you heard anything more
I passed my interview and have started clearance. As i'm already in the civil service, PAS said i don't need the garda vetting so i'm hoping to hear something soon with regard to my department.
Has anyone heard about any movement on the Cork Panel?
TIA
