Literally one comment on there has suggested it's troll like behaviour and the rest are talking about any issues they've had and how they were resolved.
Hence why I way why I was saying a 7 year warranty would be better than 4 but apparently that's trolling!!
Ah, pre heat pump M3, well you won't have that issue with a 2023 as PDC heating gone AFAIR
Most of the posters are calling you out as a troll.
Id go back and give them the details on the claims you were making as its awful to be labelled as a troll. (Both here on and FB)
So It seems you’re less of 😂 and more of a 🤪
I personally know of another 3 with a failed cabin heater so could be a common enough issue. 201 reg car with over 80k on clock so out of warranty.
You should see the posts on the Mini SE Owners group. I wouldn't worry too much, people tend to post issues on owners groups so you see a lot more of them than you'll likely experience.
My post has already been posted on Facebook, seem I've created quite a stir 😂
See above, I'm only in the group a month but every time I log in there's another issue. Fingers crossed I won't have to much dealings with the service center.
The Tesla Ireland FB group is a closed group, if you've info to share it would be a good idea to post the details here so anyone who's considering a purchase can be an informed decision. I've had warranty work done on an Ioniq and my Mini, so long as the work is covered it shouldn't be a huge deal.
Just trying to flush out the truth as it’s very troll like comments.
I'd say any reference to Tesla repairs are in relation to Model S or X, especially earlier models. Would be highly surprised at any M3 repairs at the expense of owner
I’ll have my car 3 years in 2 weeks, and we’re at 75,000km, and we’re both home based! So averaging 25,000km per year, or 480km per week of ownership!!
40k a year is some going is that work related or do you have a long commute?
What random issues and expensive repairs are you talking about?
Can you post an example as previously asked?
Agh right, forgot about heavy mileage usage so yes possible alright.
Considering every single Model 3 in Ireland is still under warranty, im not seeing expensive repairs posted anywhere..
Not necessarily. Mine is just over 2 years old and about 1000km away from being out of the 4yr/80K km Basic Vehicle Limited Warranty.
On Facebook there's a Tesla owners group.
What group?
Can you post an example?

That FB group is full of random issues and expensive repairs, definitely wouldn't fill you with confidence, wish Tesla would show some faith in their car and offer a 7 year warranty like KIA do.
White M3 with tow hitch available now in inventory if anyone is looking for one..
@slave1 Any idea if the same cover is needed for the current Y builds or if they were on the more recent deliveries of 3's ?
Yes that was the black 2020 pre refresh one. Priced just under 40k.
Frank Hogan's had one up for 39k and it sold within days.
Yeah, they are covers, but you wouldn't know it unless told. Not bad for sub 200E.
I liked the original aeros after having them a while, but every other M3 has them and they offer zero protection to the alloys. The alloys themselves are OK. I find them a bit noring and anaemic though.
Range....I didn't care about gaining or losing a couple of kilometres.
100%
I ordered MY speculatively after trading through 3 teslas. If the numbers worked I’d swap, if they didn’t, I’ll get my 250 back and I shall keep the M3P another year.
If I wasn't able to get a decent price for my 3 I would have just kept it. Model Y isn't worth that much more to me. I'm sure others feel the same.
That's interesting RM. We will see if the next few weeks change that.
From keeping a close eye the last 2 months and talking to some sellers of 2 year old LR cars there has been no one willing to sell for low 40s.........yet.
I would be inclined to pay that (theoretically) for a one year old but my sense would be a two year old car would be worth no more than 40k.
given a new one is now low 50s, I would have thought low to mid 40s?
