Trying it tomorrow with home made burgers 😋
The El Yucateco sauces are becoming my new favourites.
Here's a new one I got, black and smoky.
@igCorcaigh
Got a jar of Belazu Rose Harissa.
Looking forwards to it.
Got it in Manning's Emporium in Ballylickey, along with a jar of jalapeño pepper jelly and one of ginger hot pepper jelly.
Gonna be a hot weekend.
That Belazu rose harrisa is top notch stuff. Enjoy.
Let me know how the other products are, they sound intriguing!
New one to try... Suckle Busters ghost pepper sauce.
Edit: Just tried a drop. Very tasty with lots of cumin. Good level of heat, not OTT, but could be a slow builder... Lips still tingling after the one drop. Very nice.
€7.50 from Mr. Bells in Cork.
New one this week is delicious: La Meridana roasted habanero. Thick and very tasty!

Anyone seen any Scotch Bonnet hot sauce around? I see Encona do one but not sure anywhere stocks their sauces anymore in Ireland
I've seen Encona sauces being sold in Dealz before, but not sure which type it was. Might be worth checking out other discount shops too, Mr. Price etc.
Whichever sauce best matches the Chinese chilli to be enjoyed in a certain branch of Nepalese cuisine. Divinely cough-inducing fiery. Lifts you into a new level of high. I haven’t found the exact thing outside of Nepal.
Saw this on Amazon, would like it!
Youve just reminded me that I have it! Someone gave it to me, but nicked a couple of bottles first. Ill get stuck in during the week and report back.
I definitely want an unopened one for Christmas in lieu of bottles of vino!
This one might raise the heat…
…although it is a myth to say capsaicin has any direct effect on the action of the bowel.
Straight up fruit and fire with this habanero sauce. It's a very direct kick of heat. Like pure habanero.
There were three different colours to choose from, with no indication of heat level, but it seems I lucked out on getting the hottest one. Nice!

A myth?? Oh no. If I go too long with no chillies, and then eat a lot, there are consequences.
This one certainly has a kick! Very nice. Grange Island. Fermented. €6 from Mr Bells.
Lovely and fruity but a quite intense burn from this Berlin based company Crazy Bastard. Nice!
ooooo hello , where did you get it?
My teenage son has turned into a chilli sauce aficionado. He’s now declared my homemade fermented chilli honey as the best ever. 😋

I made this, its so good. Toned the heat right down though. Used 4 chilis
Mr Bells in Cork City
Oh well done! Looks incredible!
Tried about 20 BBQ sauces and a load of hot sauces here at the weekend
They ship internationally for $20, regardless of quantity or weight.
10-ish weeks later, this is what it looks like. It is pretty amazing.
Made Carolina Reaper blueberry sauce a while ago and it was too hot. Far too hot. Left it in the fridge anyway for a few months but chucked it down the sink just there and it was like I got maced.
Few amateurs at this will spend some time on the toilet after this.
10 hot and 2 that’ll blow your head off apparently. That should be doable. 😝🥵
I’d be well able for that, the hotter the better. Some Nepalese dishes are so hot they are very reluctant to allow tourists sample them, but I insisted, the hot was mind-blowing. Has no later effects on digestive system as I‘ve had colon removed and have ileostomy 🤣🤣🤣
