Yes Air raid sirens were heard but that doesn't mean Mig 31s with Cruise missles were inbound.

People underestimate how the likes of Poland, Finland and the three Baltic states are absolutely freaked at the prospect of Russian invasion - they have genuine fears Putin could roll across their border at any moment. Any sort of a 'settlement' that leaves him victorious would leave them in a state of high anxiety for years to come.
This explains why the poles are currently building the biggest and most modern military forces anywhere in Europe

So how does an unfired Russian ballistic missile get to Ukraine again since last year the Ukrainans have been shooting down iskander ballistic missiles along with S300s .

I'm not saying these have or haven't ever been shot down, but you haven't proven this yet.
Talk of Russia "allowing" Biden to visit is absolutely gas stuff. The US could find out Russia plans to bomb somewhere and put Biden there to literally just prove a point we all were quite aware of before Russia's military disaster over the last 12 months but were probably not aware to the sheer extent of: if Russia accidentally bombed wherever he was, Russia as we know it would cease to exist by the end of the calendar year.
I'm not a big fan of a lot of things about the US (though obviously would still far prefer them to Russia), but Putin has completely and utterly humiliated himself in the last year to the point that any vague notion of Russia having a hope of even making any kind of a fight of it with them for any length of time is completely laughable.
America knows it, Russia knows it, the world knows it, and Biden is even openly flaunting it.
