No it doesn't. Where you getting that from? You can concede a penalty and get no card, or a yellow or a red. It depends on each situation.

Exactly, he was screaming in United players ears everytime there was a throw in near his dugout and got in the way of Ericsson shielding ball out of play. Not sure why he gets a free pass on it.

That said , media darling Pep is just as annoying so I don’t mind it thus game

It's mad though. Walker got a yellow for inadvertedly receiving a pass when awaiting to come back on after treatment. Ederson got a yellow for time-wasting the first half, and Tomiyasu for taking an age over a throw-in too.

The game seemed to get on just fine without such hysterics in the technical area before Pep and now Arteta though.
