Have you manually checked for the hidden VIN? The chrome extension doesn't show a VIN for me but when I manually search it's there.
I did check the source, it's not there YET. But, interesting enough, this variable showing 'false' means you are sort-of soft-matched to a VIN. It should be assigned soon - or this is what I managed to understand from resarching a bit.

This makes me think though, if I stayed with the RED maybe I would get a VIN too, maybe I acted too promptly on the colour change, huh.
If the cars are delivered in June it’s a bit off putting when the reg changes a few weeks later 🫣
Yea it probably get match soon don't cancel or change colour yet.I had pick black first couldn't get a match order 21 Jan.I change to blue just last week which change my EDD April to May.
It change today to 13 March to 28 March with my vin was about to cancel.I check the telsa app and said telsa vision so sign in and had the EDD and a vin.Try the vin extension it might show it.
I just waiting on seai form now.
If you search in your source for this specific term, it should only give you a handful of results, and you should see if a VIN is assigned: "vin":

I’m in the same boat. Ordered the Model 3 and got approval for a loan from Revolut in minutes, 5.8% I think. Can’t wait!
Most banks etc, are dying to give out money... the celtic tiger days are coming back again for them...
I got approved from Permanent TSB for a loan while I walked the length of O'Connell Street, typing in details for about 6 minutes and strolling along.
It's just a case of choosing the best rates and repayments for your circumstances.
Least of the concerns as the grant is due to reduce from July. Options are paying less and having a 231 reg, or paying more to get a 232 reg.
It would be even sweeter if they release HW4 and new cameras/HD radar before then.
You have got my hopes up now as that variable is set to false for me too. Still have generic Feb/March. Was half thinking of changing my order back to generic 19’ wheels but will hold fire now for afew days based on this.

Just a super quick one for ye. I just ordered our M3 ( like literally in the last 2 hrs LOL). I just noticed in the app that the amount due is 5K more than the price under our reservation number and in the order agreement. I presume this is because the SEAI grant hasn't been applied for yet. Would I be right? Also, any idea when that's email out?

No apparent logical pattern as to when they email out the grant form. Ordered mine in November and know people who ordered in Jan who received the grant email before I did.
Yeah I'm the same, that variable is set to false but I'm not sure if it means that much. Maybe someone with a very recent reservation could check their source code and see what it says.
Mine changed to that too! And after you posted this, I also did a little research and it does appear that this means there is a soft match. Hope so!
I have a delivery timeframe of April/May. If the cars are on Glovis Sunrise as people are suspecting (and I know this is unconfirmed), that ship is expected to arrive in Zeebrugge on March 16th. Could that possibly mean then we would get our car end of March, early April rather than May? Or is that very wishful thinking on my part?

If Hoegh Chiba is anything to go by add 2 weeks or so onto the EU arrival for collection, so early April? I'd say it's more likely though that Glovis is for elsewhere in europe. There was mention that the next shipment is later around May. Keep an eye on the thread in The UK & Ireland forum over on teslamotorsclub.com. "Mr Miserable" shares updates regularly on the ships.

Hopefully I'm wrong, but I don't think there are any Irish cars on the GLOVIS SUNRISE. The first Irish VINs from the HOEGH CHIBA started to appear 3 days after she left port and the SUNRISE left 6 days ago.
It seems pretty likely that there will be a shipment in Q2. Tesla Ireland have said this to multiple people and have said it's because there are sufficient orders to justify it. A few posters here have also mentioned there being a 2nd boat in Q1. I don't know where they have picked this up from, perhaps from Tesla UK who didn't realise we no longer get our cars via the UK. Dunno. There are also some people with delivery windows for the last 2 weeks in March, which would initially look like a 2nd delivery, but any of those with a hidden VIN can find it on the HOEGH CHIBA.
Mr. Miserable recently opined that in Q1 Tesla may again try to get all shipped deliveries done by the end of quarter instead of having them in transit and being recorded as inventory. But all remains to be seen.
I was told by tesl over the phone that (over a week ago) that the vins were only starting to be matched and that it’s still very early in the allocation process. She didn’t say definitely I’d get a match more just see how it plays over the next few weeks. She did say a second delivery is expected (didn’t specify what quarter) but led me to believe it was a quick turnaround after the first delivery. Who knows.
i also have the “false” variable set in my source code and have for over a month now. No vin hidden or otherwise for my account so I don’t think this is reliable anymore.
There are many variables to jump into conclusions whether the false value is or not a "soft match" of VIN. I can only speak for my order where I went through different stages, but I agree the process is not followed everytime through the exact same step, it's confusing.
As I read myself - I think this is all a bit mental and might be better off chilling and waiting :D :D.
Ah ok maybe there is some method to all this madness and the false variable being set means I may be in luck 😆
Yeah chilling is probably a better option! I think the specific date range is more important than the vin variables.
my 2 MY orders have no Vin but they DO have "isnotmatchedtoVinR00:false" ...
I have 13 march - march 28 and have a hidden vin.Telsa confirmed that I got match 24 hours ago.I waiting on them to email me the seai form no email yet.
Newbies are forgetting that vin matches can happen right up until 2 days before collection.
Can you get a collection scheduled with no VIN tho?
Generally no. But they have been known to give vins very late in the process so don’t loose all hope 👍
