No it didn't the predictions were for 100's of thousands of troops, hundreds of aircraft and thousands of tanks, been all over the place for the last week. Even Reznikov was saying similar. Do keep up.
O Brien is one of the best analysists out there and was one of the few who before feb 24th correctly predicted how Russia would loose a war with Ukraine.
If there isnt a new Russian offensive, its because they are incapable of conducting one from an operational point of view, apart from WWI tactics of throwing men at the front line.
If there is no offensive then they are more screwed than even appears.
