Seeing as Elton has now rescheduled his Dublin gigs, might be useful to start a 2023 thread as others might start popping up.
The Commitments - 7th - 19th February (Olympia Theatre)
Elton John - 28th/29th March (3Arena)
That'll be gone in seconds. Still gonna try.
@xropeps where is he playing in Denmark, is that the Roskilde festival. I can't find anything online about it, have typed Aphex Twin Denmark 2023 and nothing is coming up.
BEN HOWARD Fairview Park, Dublin

June 9th at a festival called SYD For Solen. Not annouced yet but currently in the midst of a cryptic lineup rollout, a-la Field Day a while back, and it seems Aphex is on the bill

If I am reading the presale correctly €129 for a day ticket for a festival outside Tilburg. I know Dutch electronic days out can be a blast (though it's been many years for me) but Copenhagen looks the much better option of the two.
As an aside RDJ discussion probably should have its own thread at this stage as more dates will be coming up I reckon.
MCD preaals on since 10am this morning too
That is Best Kept Secret which is a brilliant music festival, it is a very well-organized, chilled crowd, and isn't that big either, so you wouldn't be lost in the crowd. Very easy to access, and lies between Eindhoven and Tilburg. The security is chill, you can bring in a lot of alcohol if you are smart. The kind of music is not one single genre. I was there last year, and it is quite expensive on the grounds, but the quality of the food was really good, overall the Dutch know what they are doing when it comes to music festivals.
2nd night announced for 21st,1st night, only a few left.
standing is €96, seated €131 + fees
Seems odd that atm no GAA stadia is been used for concerts
Yea ill be ready Friday morning to try nap tickets. Such a fantastic live band.
They're mad prices tbh
They are cheaper than his gig in Pairc Ui Chaoimh and in the 3Arena .
Nice small venue in the Marquee, and no need for an extortionate Dublin hotel room.
If myself and the missus were to have gone to see him in the 3Arena it would have been 150 euro per ticket plus hotel ~250 euro plus travel, looking at 700 euro min.
This way it will work out ~212 for the tickets, no hotel and little travel.
Thanks for that.
In the end it was moved to the academy 2 as very few at it so loads of seats thanks.
London & Paris headline shows and a good few festivals across Europe.
No Irish date.
The first half of the new album is out today.
Its really good.
Amnesia is my favourite

Sorted, cheers.
Hero, thanks for that just grabbed two tickets.
I'm hopeful the reason we have no Irish date is because Electric picnic will announce it.
Just a reminder - official ticket sale on now. Doesn't seem to be any issues getting tickets - so far anyway.
Weird, tickets are meant to be on sale now

It's gonna be fcuking mental, already predicting it'll rank highly in my gigs of the year.
