Accommodation perth

My son recently moved to Perth on a working visa. He found plenty work but unfortunately can’t find a long stay apartment as most places look for five forms of Id which is impossible. He is currently living out of a suitcase moving between different hotels. Any suggestions appreciated

The landlords are only looking for all the IDs to verify his identity incase he does a runner in the future while owing rent or causing damage offer a larger deposit and that should reduce the risk.
