Soccer season is over in two months then they have very little except UFC at 4am til September. I often wonder why they never offer the UFC on the catch-up as the late fight times don't suit me.
It's mind boggling and a reason I never get the sports extra package.

No it will work fine with no VPN. One thing that won't work though is using codes to purchase additional months access, it will only let you do this when back in Irelansd or via VPN.
Thanks. Just tried it actually - It blocked me right away from streaming abroad. Tried a VPN, it also blocked me for using a VPN. Last try - used my Irish phone as a hotspot, and it works. Switching from hotspot to wifi after minute, and still working fine for now...
I think I should get 30 days allowance for streaming abroad, so must get in contact with customer service if it continues to block me.
Yes worked for me last I was away on both the hotel Wifi and on my phone, no VPN required.

I contacted them about this, it should work when using a now tv stick, but won't using app on firestick. And this is what happened me, firestick wouldn't work but the now tv stick did.

I don't know if this is any good but I got 15 euro a month for sky sports for 4 months till June. I clicked on the sky sports day pass for 11.99 and there it was as an option. I am kind of happy as I don't think there's anything to pay for in terms of sports after june
