Minimalist rack / mudguards with built in rack?

I'm planning some events and trips in April & May and not getting enough miles in as I need to. I'm planning to switch to a road bike for commuting and take a detour on the way home 2 or 3 times a week (at the moment I'm using either a Brompton or e-cargo bike).

I will need to take a small back (not much more than a laptop and a few papers) and want to avoid a back pack. I'm trying to avoid making the bike too big and heavy and so would like to avoid a full rack.

I came across the below which seem proprietary to a Cube and haven't managed to find them or anything similar that I can buy? Any ideas? An actual rack but smaller than usual would do the job too

They are rated for 16kg, 8kg a side. They are much stronger than they look, the mudguard itself is quite rigid. Herkelman in one of their videos stands on them.

I have a one bike a good few years now with a Tubus Fly and SKS chromplastics. By rack standards it pretty minimalist and light, rated for 18KG and I'd say it's carried close to it a few tours. The Wingees do look very tidy and don't weigh much more than a pair of Chromoplastics so it's a bit of weight saved. I won't be carrying much more than my lunch, socks and underwear anyways as I can leave clothes in work.

That's where I got mine, no problems with it so far. Also got the mudguard, it's a neat clip on thing and lifts away with the rack, very handy but nothing like a full length mudguard for protection
