I would assume the issue with the principal being present is in relation to a board meeting? In which case they would be minutes as attending but would be asked to leave when discussing the suspension as they are a non voting member and act as secretary. The two members of staff present then would be I assume the reps on the board. It makes sense if the minutes were submitted that it would say the principal was present but really they may just have been there at the start for the usual obligatory bits that have to be done at every meeting.

The clue is in the name - judge - his/her job is to judge.
High court judges have vast experience and are used to and are capable of dealing with untruths - much more capable than you, me or Enoch.
If Enoch does not like the judgement then he can appeal to a superior court. That is how law works and is a fundamental cornerstone of our democracy which we should appreciate and cherish.
Let the judge do his job - and let Enoch abide by the law, but also appeal through the legal process if he so wishes - the same laws and rules which apply to all.

I was raised RC, probably like a lot of us here. A lot of 1st class, Communion/6th class, Confirmation dedicated to religion. Have being on the phone tonight talking to a male friend of 25 years from Westport who is a nurse and involved in the gaa and farming community and very catholic. Asked him about the Burke’s what the people thought of them. His words not right in the head and the incident over the 16 year old girl was the last straw for most people. They put people off religion and as he says less seen the better.
