My MY LR order (Oct order which I modified on Jan 15) just changed to a vague date from a specific 2 week period, I know some will say it means little .. but it cant be good!

Don't read too much into that - it'll probably change numerous times again, it's the Tesla way.
Plenty of have got SEAI paperwork, plenty haven't - doesn't mean they are ahead of anyone else in the queue.
Nobody in Ireland has been assigned a VIN yet, who knows where the cars are!! I guarantee you that new cars will pop up in inventory in a few weeks which exactly match the spec of what someone has ordered & yet the car won't be allocated to those orders.
I understand that the Tesla backend logic can appear chaotic to us who can merely see the front end. The date changes, VIN assignation order isn't that much of a surprise. But I would be surprised/annoyed if the exact car we'd ordered months ago showed up in Inventory for someone to buy immediately without a reservation.
If you put a deposit on a new inventory car that shows up suiting your needs, can you get it refunded using the distance selling rules as per new car orders ?

Yea, often a feature of frameless windows, notice it a bit in my Model 3. But closing doors more gently doesn't sound too bad..🙂
Arrived today from AliExpress. Impressed so far hopefully they look alright on and will run with them for a while instead of the existing covers. All I need is a car to put them on now.

Comes with some type of mats I believe, not a full set of rubberized waterproof ones.
