The suspension came because of his rant(s). Everything that has happened to him was because of his behaviour, nothing to do with his views on transgenderism. This has been said many times now.
You seem to have trouble following timelines of events.
Enoch has been plastered all over the news 24/7 for the last 6 months because of the publicity of the case AFTER the event at the Mass/meal. The Mass/meal happened before the case became public knowledge.

im told (by my relative who has lived there all their life) that the Burkes do voluntary work locally and it’s away from the public eye but locals know about it. I know nothing further but would suggest to you to go and do some research/investigation in castlebar if you are so inclined.

It's about one man (and one family) who thinks that the rules of his place of employment should not apply to him, and that the law of the land should not apply to him.

Funny how the Bible preaches kindness, respect and empathy towards others - I'm not a Bible scholar by any stretch, but I'm pretty sure they're more common themes than anything about 'transgenderism'. So it's definitely noteworthy how many evangelicals - like those involved in this case - always forgot those particular values while insisting their other apparent and indeed morally contradictory 'Christian beliefs' are being breached.

For some ideas of work-arounds in cases where religious beliefs (or lack thereof) become a problem, there is the case of Luke Flanagan, quoted from Wikipedia:
"On 27 July 2010, Flanagan was the subject of debate over his refusal to lead the prayer said before council meetings; he said that it would be hypocritical for him, as a non-believer, to lead it. The matter was later resolved by asking the Deputy Mayor Ernie Keenan to say the prayer."
No big fuss, a compromise was agreed upon and everyone got on with their lives. Flanagan didn't have to do something against his wishes and others could continue with their beliefs.
So, for someone who doesnt respect any form of religion - like me as a staunch atheist for instance - this is an interesting story to follow.
Can anyone explain to me a situation where Enoch can object to the request and not carry it out per his beliefs, and not face any school disciplinary action? This question is aimed at those who claim his suspension is solely for breach of court order(s) and nothing to do with his position on transgenderism. He's a fool. His family is a fool. I don't respect his religion for a second. But I want to understand if he only refused the request and didnt do anything mad like violate court orders or apprehend the principal and breach the peace, would anything have happened?

Beyond 2pm and The Journal are saying he's still there. He could end up with a substantial bill if costs are awarded against him in the High Court... let's face it, the school will want their costs, this hasn't been cheap for them. Either he has a source of funds or he has no intention of paying the €700 per day plus whatever costs are awarded against him.
I had suspected he'd walk out at 1:59pm with a final two fingers to the school and to the High Court and have a speech about how the world is against him, but clearly not.
