Back up out of bed. Was sleeping lovely, listening to my podcasts , then BAM, wide awake. Don’t know whether to stay up or try again .
Worked a couple of days ago with a girl from the Donbas area, last year she said that she wanted Russia to take over the whole country. This time I was too scared to ask her anything. Today I get to work with two ladies from the western side, not sure if I will bring the subject up with them either.
Ugh day here, misty rain all night, but much more fun to watch than scorching sunshine.

This is how to deal with January.
That happens to me a lot- so I got into the habit of getting up and out of bed and doing soms serious housework... Amazing how easy to sleep after mopping floors etc! At 2 am! ( lino here) I feel I am outwitting insomnia by putting it to good use...
Nope. Thursday it is! How do I know? My shopping arrived and it was far earlier than usual...before noon rather than after 3 pm.. So I am eating some of the cooked chicken I had ordered.. and a rather fine sausage roll.. Shopping day is fresh feast day .... There will be mushrooms and other goodies too.. The mushrooms look luscious. Supervalu has a spendid online site..
No stamina these days. lol.. Anyone would think I was old.. Nah! The very idea!
