No, he didn’t murder anyone or deal drugs. That doesn’t mean he can’t be labelled as the arsehole he is for this crusade when ultimately he’s an adult that is hell-bent on making a child’s life extremely difficult for reasons he claims are based on a magic book about a man in the sky.
I think you need to be reminded Burke is an unemployed man, who doesn't even have a family member attending the school, repeatedly trying to enter school grounds during school hours.
I get that might appeal to a certain group of people but not often they are so vocal with their fetish.
Not just asked to leave though, arrested by Gardai, after he was released for trespassing he turned up again and accessed the school the first chance he got.

Let's remind ourselves that Burke is a teacher - he's not a criminal, not a murderer, not a thief or even an elected politician. Teachers are up there with priests and doctors as respected people in this country.
There's far less condemnation and vile commentary for criminals, murderers, thieves, terrorists or politicians than this chap and his family. Why the general hate speech?

I agree, I don't think Garda vetting will be an issue for him. Vetting is in relation to safeguarding of children. Much n'all as we think he is a dyckhead, he's not really a danger to children. If Burke is unlikely to assault or sexually assault children, then I can't see why he wouldn't pass the vetting process.
His problem regarding employment is that there's not a Principal or Board of Management would touch him with a 10 foot pole any more. He's goosed.

Second, if it was about a specific pupil, did they want to change sex, or just not be called by the sex that the midwife exclaimed as 'they' held up the new-born ; "it's a boy" or "it's a girl", that's hardly transgenderism?

While there might be a tiny number of parents who fancy sticking it to the libs by inflicting this man on their children, there is NO principal in the country (and school principals are generally a very conservative bunch) that will touch him with a large barge pole.

I can't remember what his initial argument supposedly was when he confronted the prinicpal in the summer but he flat out said there that he is against transgenderism (as many would have known all along).
I can't imagine the Bible had such foresight as to specifically state that transgenderism is a sin so I don't see how he could argue his religious beliefs are being discriminated.
Also, my eyes are going to twitch nervously the next time I hear someone say 'purported'.
In my view there is nothing sane about his conduct, he's showing he has no problem spending indefinite time in mountjoy.
The literal interpretation of some 2000 year old books seem to be what the family is running off. There is some quite nasty stuff in those books, essentially the old testament if that is what they are going off too.

I also do have some sympathy for the children who were raised in that environment but their minds seem to be set and as far as I'm concerned I would not wish for myself or anyone I know to have any contact with them whatsoever. Ever. Anyone willing to spend indefinite time in the joy over something like this, not to mention having full familial support, is pretty weird in my opinion. And I don't say that lightly.
Not everyone fired ends up in the workplace relations commission - in fact not many do in fact. He might do anyway as that’s his way but the point I was trying to make was all the drama, injunctions etc, then the firing. Normally abuse of your boss would be enough. Not a long drawn out issue

100% according to who? has he had a psychological evaluation? Idea by Gardai? what idea? thats my own observation.. and I actually know v v little about him - other than what ever's on the latest news etc.. he may have a high IQ - but its as obvious as dark and light that he is mad/brainwashed what ever.. #notabletofuctioninsociety...
