Fundamentally, therefore Enoch Burke believes pronouns go against his religion which clearly state that altering a person's birth-sex is 'discordant' to those beliefs. And Enoch being forced to use 'pronouns' is against against his belief. So he has kicked up a fuss and clearly snapped mentally.
However, I would argue that Enoch has been indoctrinated by his mother. And has a fairly sheltered blinkered view on life in general.

My moneys on a case for religious persecution!! I well believe every move he takes is completely orchestrated, but my biggest question here is where the fcuk are the parents of the kids in the school?
It wouldn't take much now for a group of parents to gather around the gates and chat, like most parents do in the mornings and completely block his entrance!
I'm sure his parents are delighted. Look at the children they raised. Everyone of them goes out and preaches with a megaphone. Everyone of them is a hardline, rightwing, evangelical. They raised their kids to be like this. There's no independent thinking in those children. There's no deviation from what they were taught. Imagine the amount of brainwashing it takes to get to this stage.
Hopefully the school pursues having him locked up again. He's clearly deranged and he's a danger to the kids in that school and to their education. Absolutely disgraceful stuff.

contempt of court has nothing to do with protecting the community. Contempt of court is only disrespecting the court or failing to abide by its orders, if he continues to do it in defiance of prior imprisonment than it can hardly be said to be coercive but become punitive for which there is no provision in Irish law - you can look up the Law Reform Commissions papers from a few years ago asking that the law be updated. Not sure what offence there is in a prior restraint - can only be charged once he commits or is believed to have committed an offence. He is offensive, but that’s not enough!

At this stage I actually feel sorry for him that he’s got such a sad and lonely life this is the best he can do with his time.

You didn't read my final comment on that post did you? I said he is danger of going from a man of principle to an oddball with his present course of action. However, if his goal was to create a fuss and get media attention he has achieved it.
He has also made claims on issues beyond the transgender one.
Such as

Personally I think the debate is broader one beyond the transgender issue. Of how religious indoctrination to the extent that it becomes a persons whole identity, can lead to trouble if such individuals are on a 'crusade' against others.
Much like how the transgender lobby is on a crusade to change the world, Enoch Burke is on his own crusade to change the world. Something has to give and Enoch is currently losing. But I have the feeling he loves the attention, as he can play the martyr like Christ himself.
We'll not have facts and logic around here.
