think the restriction is on your account, if you open nowtv.com without login via incognito works best (or create a new account i have a gmail account just add a . in the middle of my address before the @ and nowtv sees it as a new acct and you still get the email to your regular gmail acct) , then the vouchers apply..

Whatever I did I’ve ended up paying €33.99 for sports extra and it wants €39.99 if I want to access sports, the new stick obviously didn’t work for me, it’s meant to have 1 month free of each 🤔🤔 what have I done wrong
Is it shown in the vouchers of your account? If it is you need to activate the voucher and that should then give you Sports Extra.
Shag. I see them now, I’ve redeemed the sports one, if I redeem the sports extra one will I get a refund or is that being ridiculous 🫣😄
I'd contact the support team, they might be able to cancel it and you can redeem the voucher.

Quick q - if you switch to Now TV for another country (e.g. if you move to Europe or the UK), can you still use these codes (as in, are they still valid)?
Think Sky allow a max of 30 days watching outside Éire and within the EU. Using an Irish VPN every so often might reset this though but not sure.
I was thinking more along the line of actually getting Now Customer Service to switch an account to another country (e.g. like they do if you move to the UK or vice versa), but that's a good point, thanks.
If you cancel an offer, like a free trial, does it stop immediately or only after the trial period has finished ?
EDIT Just found the answer. You can carry on using it until the trial ends.
