This dude's been just about banned from every social media site/app. Not good for him at all.
What does everyone else think of this controversial character?
I've had personal experience with this guy influencing my eldest.
And what you say couldn't be further from the truth in his case.
It's the money and success that my got my eldest interested. Nothing to do with women.
We have plenty of arguments round the table with him on one side and my middle son on the polar opposite.
If he said that then he sounds like a scumbag, however i would wonder why, if he did say that rape victims must bear responsibility for their attacks, then why is only "bear responsibility" in quotes? Surely if he said that in the context it's put across in the article, the entire sentence would be a quote?
The small dick energy thing was a low blow, in fairness. She should have just called him a massive cnut.
Big Daddy Kane said pimpin' ain't easy. The Romanian authorities agree with him.
When I first heard of him and looked him up.
He reminded me of rough used car sales man in tacky designer clothes. I've no idea why you'd want to be like him.
But your son, and plenty of others of course, are attracted to the money and the cars and the houses etc and want to emulate that.
How are they going to try to do that, by copying him. And while they may be immediately agree with the message, over time it is hard to separate the bits from the whole. So your son doesn't buy into the hatred of women, doesn't become super wealthy, what is the difference?
Women are holding him back. They need to be put in their box and get out of his way. Tate, and many like like, blame others for the lack of success and happiness. Be it immigrants, women, minorities etc. THe core message is the same. Those people over there are the source of your problems and only by treating them as they deserve to be treated will you achieve success.
As the video in the post above points out, the great part of all this is the guy got triggered by a response by a teenage girl on twitter. So triggered that he had to try to have the last word and posted a video that gve his location away.
I hope that himself, and his brother who I think was arrested also, think about that as they sit in jail waiting for bail or release. As this is all his fault.
His accent is so weird. Is he really from Luton?
Also whenever he over-pronounces 'Buggati' it reminds me of when Marge Simpson said "Stop saying 'gummy'". Stop saying Buggati.
I hear what your saying, but he isn't blaming anyone (edit: yet!) - just overly ambitious.
He's just one case and the worry I have, is that the polarising affect of social media will make him tribal with Tate.
He's still young though.
Won't anyone here think of this potential human trafficker and rapist's feelings!!?!
His father is a famous chess player and he spent a while in the US before moving to the UK.
He probably puts on the accent!
The heroes of social media are difficult to fathom for those of us from Gen X.
We always had idols, of course, but they were footballers and musicians. They offered something of joy and value to the World and any wealth they had wasn't really talked about, except for your Elvises and Michael Jacksons who flaunted it in tasteless fashion. And yes, many of the peoples we looked up to turned out to be predators and misogynists and abusers.
But this current crop are different. They parade their misogyny and their callousness as a badge of honour. I mean the Harry Enfield characters of old, that flaunted wealth and vulgarity in a ridiculous manner were actually tame in comparison to the real thing, these days.
It concerns me greatly that so many of our kids look up to slugs like Andrew Tate. And that dovetails, regrettably with the popularity of unrealistic aggressive porn and the likes. Hopefully its a passing phase for many of the kids, and it is very hard for parents to distract them, but seeing the likes of Tate held to account for the criminal extremes of his behaviour can only be a good thing. He needs a hanging in the court of social media.
And I hope he really is looking at 15 or 20 years of prison time for his alleged crimes. It will be glorious.
Romanian prosecutors want to hold him for another 30 days.
Any page that pokes fun at him gets some genius responding "cUcK". According to them, being a male critic of an obvious scumbag grifter means you're cuckolded.
You have to hand it to her, that’s just quality.
By definition that would be body shaming too, if you go by his defenders logic, but they would never say that as it would be in support of women, whom they hate or have no empathy for.
Fair play to this poster...his/her crystal ball was spot on!
Sad, little, angry men tend to appeal to other sad, little, angry men.
Squeaky voiced balding bogeyman 😂
You do realise small dick energy doesn't mean small dick. It has nothing to do with the body part.
You basically created an argument in your own head!
She'd be smarter and quicker than Tate if she were in a coma.
I don't agree with everything she says, but I have a niece of a similar age, who is on the autism spectrum, and her level of insight and intelligence is also frankly scary. You have to admire that.
You sure about that?

Andrew Tate should be shamed in every way possible for a human being to be shamed. And I guess he is being, now.
That would be fine.
Yes, but a 20 yr old female climate activist can't say this to a misogynistic potential rapist and sex trafficker!
Why won't anyone think of his feelings?? How can any men be safe with Greta around!?
No, he should be investigated and needs to get a fair trial. Nobody needs to be shamed for potential crimes.
It's not one or the other. He can be called out and ridiculed for his record of promoting hate.
He will be. He is being.
But he is being shamed for everything that is not criminal, just hate filled and obnoxious.
Not calling out scumbag behaviour in every possible way, enables it. People like Tate need the heat of a spotlight on them, every corner that they turn.
Some of these are brilliant.
....
He's now a meme
He certainly is.
