Another 'accident'-
Yes, but that's standard practice in the Russian Army for new recruits or conscripts its called Dedovschina or Hazing in other Country's. Time was when the Russian Army had the highest rate of Recruit suicides in the world. Seems like nothing has changed, and most likely, its gotten worse. Certainly seem's like it anyway, and if you see the way they treat those soldiers who refuse to go to the front and fight, pure savagery, the refuseniks piled on top of each other is small cells, freezing cold and hungry.
^^^ Must be a huge amount of people on the hit list…
Way things are going I’d not drink a glass of Russian Vodka and walk past a third floor window.
Some rumours this evening that the attack on Engels Air Base may have been of more significance than it first looked - the speculation suggests it was a command and control base for impending Russian missile attacks on Ukraine
If true. What a strike.
Russia claim they shot down the last Ukrainian drone which accidentally killed 3 soldiers...... Nothing new there
But it seems the damage is extensive and the number of dead is closer to 20 than 3....
When the truth hurts, it leads to thickness.
Thickness leads to violence.
I'd tend to believe Russian propaganda than that Chuck character!
He's always posting exaggerating claims.
Rashist stealing from a town usually means that town is about to be lost from the Rashist forces.
A Rashist tank crew uses front tractor weights from a John Deere tractor no doubt stolen in eastern Ukraine, as armour against projectiles.
Romani family of 8, including 3 children were shot dead in Makiivka
If you take the Tory party in the UK as an example, in the event of Putin popping his clogs it's quite likely that potential successors will display even more extreme positions as their Unique Selling Point to be the next big boss. There's no evidence that there is widespread animosity from Russians against the war. Indeed their propaganda seems to press for more extreme views rather than normality.
Putin may look shakey and look poorly in some videos, there's no sign of him being in imminent danger.
The Kremlin have added journalist Christo Grozev to their wanted list.
This is an example of his work into the world of the Kremlin assassins (the GRU).
The Kremlin had real time data showing the heartbeat of one of their assassins which Christo was able to access. This assassin then fled Switzerland which they were using as a base when Christo outed him.
Interesting development here considering the distance from Ukraine. Novosibirsk is closer to China than anywhere else. The report is going out on Kyiv radio this morning.
Swiss traditionally had a very powerful army and they'd lease them to whoever was going to win the war between their neighbours. Very previous position and they used these cunning tactics to save themselves.
They've always been a selfish nation and in some ways that's good and bad.
List of prominent Russians who've fallen out of windows or have suddenly died. That's just this year.
In a fascist state they violently remove grandmothers who speak the truth. All the Russian defenders and apologists over the last ten months would do well to remember this.
Can anyone explain how such a video of that 10 being beaten up makes it outside Russia ? I assume that it is the kind of information that Ru does not want circulated outside of Ru and MOST DEFINATELY do not want circulated inside Ru - because of the damage it would do in recruiting Ru for the army.
who takes these damaging photos /videos? And if they are genuine the person who takes them is putting his/her life at a serious risk.
My opinion is that they are taken ‘under cover’ by a Russian with a grudge / is an anti Putin/ is against the war , etc
or they are fake and made up by the Ukr
They're are bunch of f**kers and we can sincerely hope that when they come to be in need of help, that the rest of Europe turns its back on them.
I don't think they see them as damaging. Everything I've seen over the last year makes me think Russians have a very warped sense of humanity. Certainly nothing that is compatible with western or European values. I've no doubt most would view the 10 soldiers as being weak and deserve the reprimand they got. Even the video of the old woman on the bus pretty much confirms this. Whether through brainwashing from the media, education or life, they feel they are superior to everyone else and see no wrong in what they are doing.
I'd be more inclined to think that they were deliberately taken by one of the soldiers / officers present for use in intimidating new front line soldiers, or indeed at any time. They are nothing short of brutal in the Russian military. For certain sure, this is not a rare occurrence, its a common experience for Russian soldiers. Just maybe one of them had enough of it, and smuggled it out to show people back home what was actually happening at the front. Videos of harsh treatment by Russian officers on the front are nothing new.
On one of the 1420 videos on YouTube, I saw a young girl in Moscow saying "Human life is not very important in Russia" whilst condemning Putin and the war. She pretty much knows the score - it's a cold, brutalised society after generations of dictatorship and people are told not to give a toss about their fellow citizens, just keep their heads down and say nothing (shades of Nazi Germany in many regards).
Better still they should go and live in Russia for awhile...( unless they are Russian Bots, and already living there!! )
no industry is safe
Ukrainian #UAV kamikaze hits the Russian BMP at full speed. A soldier sitting on the turret sees him at the last moment, but misses him.
The Russian mentality is very different.
It has for centuries been the case that Mother Russia is first, humanity and citizenry second. Or maybe third, behind the ruling class. Doesn't matter whether thats in the Communist times, the Imperial Tsars or the cult of Putin.
They do NOT care, if every ordinary joe soapski was rounded up and marched into the fire of the Ukrainian artillery, so long as the motherland remains free from threat and violation.
Every calculation being made by Ukraine and its western backers will need to consider that before all else.
Another one!!
Russia really is rotten to the core!
I wonder what's the common denominator between them all? ( aside from knowing Mr. Putin...which is proving to be unfortunate for them)
anyone speaking out of turn is getting dealt with?
100% : loyalty is expected to the state and the motherland, your fellow citizens are irrelevant.
Classic authoritarian dictatorship stuff. You're a mere cog in the wheel, all that matters is the survival of the state. More at the Nazi Germany 1933-39 / North Korea end of the scale and far from 'western' values. It's not really a 'community' or a 'society' at all - hence the TV propaganda from Solovyov and chums sounding so downright weird and crazy to our ears.
