Thats very poor referee-ing there. It was clear Mcgrath was holding on and he still let the leinster counter ruckers hit the ruck with a head of steam on them about 4 seconds too late.

McGrath's passing still seems a bit inconsistent.

In fairness to Beirne there, they've been allowed do that all game so he probably assumed he was good to go.

Munster needed to be braver there and run it. Just kicking it back barely in to Leinster half was never going to work.
