No. They've been saying for months that they're moving into the ex UB unit.
They announced last year, that they had acquired a good number of Ulster Banks Branches, which are closing this month, and reopening (after a revamp) as PTSB branches.
After previously announcing a closure for the Winter season, Loam have now announced they are closing permanently citing "insane" running costs.
