M&S are awful too for getting charged more at the til; if u have any 2 for 3 etc always ask if the discount is applied before paying etc . If overcharged have to go to CS desk and q again only to be given back the amount overcharged by
I was in my local Lidl last night around 6pm. Not usually a good time to find marked down items. The 20% stickers were all over the place.
It would be nice to see some customer fight back.
I find the 20% ones stay on the shelves longer than the old 30% ones.

wrong thread
After Eights and candles tomorrow.
Are those candles good value at that price?
They are okay as candles go, bit like a fake Yankee candle
I would only avail of the offers if I was buying the items anyway but that’s just me
And the Parkrun code is...
...finished!
For now at least.
Don’t forget your coat
I'll never shop in Lidl again cos they won't give me some free oranges!
I think the no quibble / free was superquinn. Other times they did a hefty pile of loyalty points (hundreds, in the 90s) for finding an error.
Tesco was double the difference - made hay when they were pricing Johnny Walker Black at 26 on the shelf edge and scanning at 36; 16 quid a bottle.
The no quibble policy was Tesco too https://www.boards.ie/discussion/2056136345/tesco-no-quibble-policy-yeah-right Then they progressed to double the difference
No, they smell when you open then but not when you burn them. Rubbish
Hmmm, the smell of bargain 😉
Was in earlier. All their Crafty stuff has increased by 40c alright.
Aldi much better value now starting @ €1.89 for a stronger (and IMO nicer beer).
I swear every time I go into Lidl, many of their items have risen in price. All their sweets went up again another 10 or 15c it seems.
Does anyone know how the deluxe chocs app offer works? 3.99 reduced to 2.00 but also says 2 for 1.
So is it 2 for 2€ or 2€ each but can but 2 boxes at that price?
I believe it’s 2 for €4, so they’re €2/each.
Thats right, 2 for 4 euro, making them 2 euro each if you buy both. Same with another 2 for €x they had earlier in the week.
Yeah if you just buy one, it would be full price, not €2. Treat it like buy one (at full price) get one free.
For a fella that's a mod for Business and Finance some people might get the impression you didn't pay much attention to your own financial affairs.
Turkeys et al were only marked 30% off at 17:00. Place was also a bit quiet
lots reduced by 30% like you said but aldi have more with 70% off and both supermarkets are dead quiet
All turkeys reduced to €2 in Lidl this morning. Some were originally €32! Had Tues or Wed dates
No Lidl Plus offers ad in next week's (05/01) leaflet
Does anyone know what price these are, they’re up at the checkouts??
Best time to be a bargain Hunter
Mine were 20% off, fridges full of 'em too.
