5.8 in Limerick today...Total of 141kwh so far for December. System in 3 weeks tomorrow.
0.1 Sunday 1kwh today.
0.1, has to be the prize🤗
I’ll take anything…….so what have I won????
9.3 today....
6.1wkh today. 75 for the month so far. Target is 100.
6.1kWh today, lots of loitering hail showers, though they're cleaning off the panels to be fair!
5.7, 89kwh for the month of 88 target so pretty happy. Still jealous of those south facing monsters. First month of solar.
88 target and you got already 89!!!!
What was the 88 based on?
European solar predictor. It’s 88 for my location based on the east west split

What system do you have?
Seems odd to reach the target this early. Maybe it is normal and make sense in annual terms.
We've had a few fantastic winter days. Cold, clear.
I guess that must be the case.
Has everyone already hit their target then? :-)
I think my target was 75-80kWh. I'm on 68 now.
That's based on last years figures though rather than a predictor site.
System is 8.4kwp 50/50 east west split. It’s my first month I’ve no idea how accurate the eu calculator is but most have said it’s pretty close so guessing it’s just a good month. Two days back I had a 0.1 day and the best was 7 so quite a spread. (Still waiting on my prise too @slave1 )
You'll be killing it with that system comes April next year!
I very much hope you’re correct. It was a big investment without much payback this time of year. Hopefully the 8 better solar months come through for us.
Great tool but I can't see how it allows you to add in multi-directional arrays.
Just do them separately
Bit of a stretch after today, interestingly the evenings started getting longer on Dec 17th but the mornings continue to be later until Jan 4th when both start increasing (in terms of sunrise/sunset)
It's in the post!
I'll hit it today if it's half decent, just need 6.5kWh, which I got yesterday. It's currently providing 30% of total consumption for December, pretty happy with that considering usage is far higher than usual this month with extra electric heaters on. Kids home over Xmas with tvs on most of the day will push it up further.
Hit the year forecast early in November so in bonus territory anyways.
Consistent 3.0kWh for the last few days here.
in PVGIS, do ye leave the system losses setting at the default 14%? am approaching +20% over its model for Dec (181) and +10% for the year which is great.
Leave it at the default.
Stick with it. Aug was 6.4 times the output I'll get this Dec. Ok, Aug was a cracker this year with clear blue skies.
I've almost given up looking at my Dec numbers. Am only live since summer and I knew Dec sucked but wasn't ready to see the actual numbers in front of me :) Dec output is really bonus units, so anything is a win
Shortest day of the year and the sun is blazing in the west!
Unreal generation this month compared to to Dec 2022. It will be more than double I'd say.
it's a bonus for sure, got ~5kw surplus going into the EV at the moment, would never have expected that in Dec.
Just like @graememk said. Put in what you have on each roof and add. I can’t speak to its accuracy yet but I’d love if it was under estimating based on this month. Doubt it though, exceptional circumstance. Maybe not the right thread for this conversation though 🙂.
OMG I never actually thought of that. Slow brain day.
Forecasted 167.78kWh for December and 119kWh generated so far (excluding today). Today looks around the 9-10kWh mark so I shouldn't be a million miles away from my forecasted yield by the end of the month.
