The sun only rises at 8:41am on the 23rd of December. She was found at approx 10am.
there is no proof the murder was after sunrise. none whatsoever. you are spouting your nonsense again.
the closest they can come is between after she spoke to her husband and when she was found. Stomach contents do not prove anything. Anyone can eat anything at any time
yeah i'm sure only one person says jog on. i have seen it by several posters on sophie threads and on reddit
no idea what you are one about.is that the best you can do when you are told your theory is nonsesnse. Prove your comment re journalist and that one block blow can cause hundred or thousands of injuries. you think you know medics and journalism
You think you know it all here and you are the only one who know and do not like being knocked off your pedestal where you sit in judgement of others
SoulWriter used to say "jog on". Is it really you Souly? Welcome back. I was wondering what the weirdness was all about last night. Sure it was only yourself, on the sauce. Next thing we`ll know is Scoobie will be back, with about her 25th username. The Three Musketeers, back together again. Whey hey...
From June 2021 to January 2022 for 63 consecutive draws nobody won the Lotto jackpot because the odds were so high.
Yes but if we're talking about "chances are", is the more likely sequence of events in these cases not rebuff - assault and then murder, either out of further 'evil' or to silence the witness\victim.
I can't recall cases of someone being murdered in such a brutal manner at home due to rebuffing a drunken pass.
Lots of cases of assault and then murder. Lots of cases of a mistress being silenced so as not to spill the beans about an affair OR a wife being knocked off to allow an affair to continue \ avoid an expensive divorce.
There's no evidence here of sexual assault, which is another scenario which can lead to murder.
Just because there was no evidence of sexual assault doesn't mean that sex was not a motive.
If the killer went there drunk, looking for "the ride", got rebuffed, flew into a rage and killed her it would leave no evidence of sexual assault.
The big problem is that until the crime is solved one cannot know which theory is true and which are among the incredible alternatives.
Without an open mind, willing to consider all information objectively, the correct theory might be overlooked or not even looked at.
I'm basing frail on this quote from a previous post.
I believe the investigators ruled out the neighbour Alfie on the grounds of his frailty at the time. Wielding the concrete block would have been too much for him they felt.
I wonder if it would be breakfast. I thought that the French don't have cereal for breakfast? Perhaps more like a bedtime snack? Also I read somewhere that the lights were still on.
define frail? he's only 63 at the time.
So at that time of the year, sometime between 4:30pm on the 22nd and 8:00am on the 23rd, or betwee shortly after midnight and 8:00am on the 23rd taking the phone call fom her husband into consideration.
In the french documentary Alfie appeared in there wasnt too much frail about him! Is it possible he done it - yes it is.
put her boots on and marches down to confront him.
And the frail Alfie beats her to death with a heavy cavity block he got from the pumphouse the other side of the lane.
Neighbour disputes are spur of the moment tempers reaching boiling point - not premeditated.
Alfie liked the gate left open - Sophie wanted the gate closed at all times. Its plausible this issue caused a row early that morning. Sophie on looking out the window sees Alfie at the gate, put her boots on and marches down to confront him
Not a boundary dispute, more a right of way dispute, and not at 3 or 4am, most likely morning after sunrise. You think a couple of days before Christmas is a bad time for a dispute? What would be a good time, April?
Using that logic nobody ever wins the lotto jackpo because the odds are so high 🙄
Picture the scene,
Ahh won't be long now until Christmas day, can't wait. We have everything now don't we?
Yeah I think so, I just have one last thing to do now. That French wan that stays here a few times a year that has no farm animals or interest in farming is back around so I'm just going to murder her so we won't ever have any land disputes with her in case she gets a notion in the future. We can relax properly then and enjoy the Christmas.
Great idea love, give me a shout if you need a hand.
where are you pulling that timeframe from?
"Harbison’s autopsy noted that the remains of a recently ingested meal of fruit and nuts were found in du Plantier’s stomach. This is more indicative of breakfast than of an evening meal".
I was under the impression you had your research done
The insinuation is that her meticulous updating of her diary, could have included any unwanted attention she receiving..
It is understood she never went anywhere without her diary, and kept extensive entries in it regarding her interactions throughout the day.
Therefore, if she was being harassed by somebody, it is highly probable that she would include all the details within her journal.
Because the diary has never been recovered, it has been suggested that the murderer taken it.
In fairness, it is a peculiar element to the puzzle, and one that cannot be ignored.
The three baffling items that may crack the case if ever resolved:
1) Where is Sophie's Diary, and what was recorded in it?
2) Where did the poker / hatchet vanish to - What roll (if any) did it play in Sophie's demise, and where is it now?
3) What is the connection of the expensive french wine found thrown into a ditch on the road away from Sophie's?
I guess there are multiple permutations to scenario's how these all fit into Sophie's murder, and quite a few have been suggested on here.
In my opinion, at least two of the three are relevant.... The diary is critical, what did it contain? The red wine is not available in Ireland, and is certainly connected to Sophie's death.... It was expensive, unopened, and came from either France or a duty free airport.. Not something you would sling into a field, especially in the location of a murdered french national.
tell that to the mods
Finally... A positive development
a land dispute at three or four in the morning a couple of days before christmas is nonsense
it is obvious you have done no research so willnot be engaging with you and your abuse again
And there goes the land dispute theory !
Unless it was Alfies wife ?
Those cavity blocks are light enough ?
so basically if someone's theory doesn't align with yours, they're wrong. I imagine the guards that f*cked up this investigation had the very same attitude and mindset as you - we have our guy, ignore any evidence that says otherwise.
"it's probably been ruled out for reasons i'm not aware of "
I believe the investigators ruled out the neighbour Alfie on the grounds of his frailty at the time. Wielding the concrete block would have been too much for him they felt. The only other neighbours there were the Richardsons who had a holiday home there but were not there at the time.
phd in codology
you're not aware of most of it
ha ha so that's what it's all about. getting a chance to boast about your masters lol
