No theories about giant global conspiracies were started and discussed by amateurs using clues found on the internet have ever been shown to be true.
All actual conspiracies that have been exposed were done so either by actual journalists in the "mainstream media", by someone in the conspiracy confessing or by the government releasing the information. Or a combination of all of those.
No conspiracy theorists have demonstrated that they know about these conspiracies before they are exposed by official channels.

The WMDs in Iraq are not a good example as this wasn't something that was solely questioned by cranks on the internet. Nor was it exposed by conspiracy theorists.

In the case of WMDs, mainstream journalists, and others, suspected a conspiracy and went on to prove it.
During Convid-19 it's clear that the mainstream media were bought off and so never properly questioned and challenged the powers that shouldn't be. Proper journalists should suspect conspiracy (because it's quite common) rather than be propagandists.

Its up to the theorist to provide the hypothesis, and explain why they have that hypothesis ie what its based on. The debunker can then pull apart the hypothesis if the hypothesis is without foundation, or admit there is credibility in the theory.
