I'm sure the russians will shell the place to put out the fire 🤣
It's mad to think how easy it is to get even small private drones to do this. Imagine if this was back when America had tons of troops in Iraq. I could see this been a really deadly tool for insurgents in the future. Have a few cheap drones rigged with explosives and attacking static or even infantry on patrol and even more worrying I say how terrorists can attack now. No need for suicide bombers just have a drone or drones go into crowds laced with explosives. This war has shown just what nasty things a drone can do and how easy it is to do it.
Seeing Ukraine are not happy with Italy's mortars they seem to be kit they did not want and going out of date.
I'm not so sure,it seems the story involved someone over hearing a conversation between 3 different soldiers one said we got the mortor but never received any ammunition,or very little ammunition, now the Russians are claiming that they have discovered large number of mortar rounds from Italy hidden in OSCE garage's in occupied territory.....
Pinch of salt comes to mind
Explosions were reported in Klintsy and Klimovo of Bryansk region, both inside Russia proper
Yeah sorry should have put that cavate in really.
I wonder if Mick and Claire will be checked out on this.
Yes, it has been a game changer. I'm sure there are terror groups looking at it, unfortunately too.
I just spotted a Russia - Air Force (Ilyushin Il-76MD) heading south east from Krymsk (I think), I'm guessing to Iran for a few more drones!
# Correction it's turning north now
Personally, I’d be more inclined to throw Hungary out, but still good news for Ukraine…
I am fortunate to live in a holiday location but unfortunately have Russians here, they have a horrible ingrained western hatred of an attitude even the young educated ones.
A friend owns a music lounge he calls them rods because anytime they are asked about the war its always 'I don't want to talk about it'
Some arrive here on stolen aircraft from leasing companies based in Ireland.
Can the leased aircraft leave Russia as they reportedly would not be insured, and would surely be impounded.
This seems to be an odd claim.
There are much better targets than MEPs who given the nature of the EU parliament have no real power outside of what the commission decides they can vote for.
Past leaders like Merkel and others in the bureaucracy of the EU should be looked at for advancing Russian interests at great cost to their own countries and Europe as a whole.
Western sanctions are not worldwide
Some of the planes are been used for spare parts
The flights I am talking about are special charters where I am and are not landing in int airports.
Igor Girkin is not Russian intelligence and nothing in his "reports" are new 😁 It seems the military have little time for him anymore. After volunteering for frontline duty a few weeks ago, he's already back home to Moscow. Within Russian circles even, he seems to be viewed increasingly as a crank (if that were more possible).
The area above is where a lot of long range attacks are currently taking place. It's surely the most strategically important target that is available to Ukraine right now. Melitopol is obviously the biggest prize, as it would allow Ukraine to split the Russian forces. It's clear, losing Melitopol would be catastrophic for Russia.
The Russians are not oblivious to this, they have been reported as heavily entrenching the circled areas above. Ukraine must take this region, but Russia cannot afford to lose it. There is almost certainly going to be a serious battle in this region next year in my opinion.
Bakhmut has become Mariupol2-
Any you still get gobsh1tes on here defending the complete and utter scum who are doing this.
Thanks for clarifying that. I was aware he had a poor reputation but saw the report that answered the question of whether anybody else had sensed another Ukrainian armed forces offensive was imminent. The article quoting russians saying they had targeted actual Ukrainian army rather than their usual civilian targets already raised my suspicions of how credible the statements were but they do show a counter offensive from Ukraine is also expected by russians. Hopefully the russian use of artillery will give away the position of their equipment to the Ukraine forces and make them easier to eliminate and make a counteroffensive run more smoothly. Would not be surprised myself to see this kick off again before the new year when the ground freezes and makes faster movement by Ukraine's army possible.
A sudden check of the combat readiness of the army began in Belarus
Is Belarus readying for an entrance to the war?
A curious case of Russians in Russia, who don't like Putin very much.
It is quite possible that a lot of what happens in regard to acts of sabotage and such activity [inside Russia]could well be the work of Russians themselves. they will not shout about themselves too much as staying under the radar is very much in their interests. This might be one explanation for all those supermarket fires and industry incidents. The Kremlin themselves would not like the media to report such things too much as it could give rise to a large-scale rebellion against Putin and his yes men and women.
An unspecified number of these operators are in Ukraine too fighting on Ukraine's side.
Why in the name of Jaysus would they?
Seems putin hasn't got time to answer boring questions these days.....no annual hours long speedh this year, the first time he's cancelled
We've been discussing it since day one really, every now and again troops movements increase but still no real efforts to join the war, I'd say the Ukrainans would make short work of any Belarusian military incursion into ukraine
Because Lushenko is a puppet of Putin
A few people here have been predicting it since April. Still hasn't happened
Yes, but he is also a master of survival. If Belarus enter the war, there is nothing to stop Ukraine from bombing military installations in Belarus and Lukashenko's residences. And I doubt he has bunkers as good as Putin's.
I'd say when it comes to Belarus you would have better odds of Russia retreating from metiplol than Belarus joining the effort
Indeed he is, but he would most certainly be deceased if he ordered his troops into Ukraine.
Yes, and there's a fair chance his fully armed Army might decide to march on him, and this time his friend Vladimir Putin just might not be able come to his assistance. He is one cute boyo, is our Luka, and I'd say his survival antenna are twitching like mad just now.
I had not heard of this before. One to keep an eye out for.
