Dyson have an Irish outlet on eBay where they’re selling them (along with other Dyson products) heavily discounted.
The hairdryer is €209. Says damaged box but there’s plenty of feedback to say the box was in perfect condition.

Same here. Very apologetic, On the way now etc etc but this was the reason for delay it appears that we have had a system error which has prevented your order from progressing.

Fecking raging just rang eBay only to find out that I had clicked on the I have not received my cordless vacuum, clearly stated in my spiel that I wished to proceed with the order only to find out now that eBay have cancelled my order and are issuing a refund and if I want I can reorder at the higher price instead of the Black Friday price. What a complete jip. Anyway seems eBay are cancelling orders if anyone is waiting on theirs.

Box is brand new, no damage at all.
I never got my v11 although it says that it was despatched on the 29th Nov but there is no delivery date. Contacted the seller a week ago but no response to date.
Don’t hold your breath on getting that V11 raised the issue with both eBay who are blaming dyson and dyson are blaming eBay, complete s**t show and eBay had the cheek to thank me for being a member for the past 17 years during my 45 minute call but would do nothing.

nothing discreet about it - dyson printed and a description on the box of whats in it. The box itself is plain brown cardboard. You will need to intercept the postman!
what were you charged for it ? I paid 349 which I assume wasn't a mistake. Have they processed a charge back to your card ?

Sounds like it's the luck of the draw some people getting new ones and some second hand ones. Would love to buy one but for that money I would be very dissapointed if it was not brand new or at least look brand new in a nice box.
There is no luck of the draw here. This is a new item that may have a damaged box. I don't see where anyone received anything else and if they did you would get your money back.
It 100 percent definitely new just the box that might be damaged

Has anyone any experience with returns? I bought the reconditioned airwrap for my wife, I'm considering sending it back and buying the new one with an apparently damaged box.
Open a return request and select the reason then print the return label job done
