That is not worth anywhere near €30 - ALL supermarkets hike up selected wines so that people think they are getting value.
In the UK that exact same bottle is standard price at £15 or less. Even allowing for extra duty & vat & exchange rate, it is circa €20.
That's how I got it. No chance I would pay €30 for just the device to enable me to buy more expensive cans for a difference in taste which I'm not fully convinced about yet.

Yeah it's normal price is €30 it went on offer for a while to €23 so it's gone down to €15 from there but most of the time it's €30.
For anyone interested the Masi Amarone Classico is on offer for €29 in Dunnes. You can pay between 42-52 euro most of the year for it.
Just picked up one but it said down from €23. Will let you know this weekend when i try it out.
Couldn't find the Portuguese Baroa Vilar Douro unfortunately as i am a big fan of Portuguese reds.
An absolute steal in supervalu on Chateauneuf De Pape. Lovely bottle down from €30 to €15 with the card. Also in Tesco there's a bottle down to €13 but have never had it so can't vouch for the quality.
Anyone heading for Newry, Sainburys have Mumm non-vintage champagne for £23 from 14th. Add in 25% off 6 bottles brings it to €20 a bottle, and if you can the £15 off first online order, works out at €17 a bottle. Around €45 a bottle down here.

Noticed the missing slabs as well and cant ever remember a Christmas without them.
Anydecent deals on prosecco? Presume Mup has killed the e5 aldi bottles. Maybe the lower abv might mean some deals?
Is it brewed in France or Germany? Think there were some posts while back that its only the good German stuff during XXL week.
It's only the XL bottles were nice as they were brewed in Germany the normal stuff was always rank. Suppose with mup those bottles are a thing of the past.
