Quite sure. Mother and sisters are Greek Orthodox. The important question, though, is do the other sects do the egg bashing afterwards?
Oh yes. And it's taken very seriously too, boiled in onion skins, no illegal holds, pointy end to pointy end...
A 26-year old Swedish volunteer died in Ukraine following a traffic accident. The man was assisting in the evacuation of a wounded Ukrainian soldier N. of Bakhmut when his pick-up truck was hit by an armoured vehicle in the dark
This is all Greek to me. Just saying. 🐾
Slava Bogu !!!☺️
It's his personal opinion, one which is based on his personal (fringe) political views.
You might as well be asking Marine Le Pen about immigration.
no Ukraine news? Not when hobgoblin11 is afoot
Multiple explosions reported at airfield in Berdyansk, Zaporizhzhia region
A slightly tipsy but candid Putin discussing the attacks on Ukraine's infrastructure. Interestingly, I think this is the real Putin speaking and giving his genuine opinions, rather PR or spin. He somehow sees himself and Russia as a "victim" in all this.
By jingo he does look drunk. Maybe he will go the way of Yeltsin.
Putin takes Belarusian military hardware.
Lukashenko agrees as otherwise he'd be sending Belarusian troops and be facing a mutiny and unrest and possibly a coup.
Now Putin returns for more and has moved Russian troops and hardware into Belarus under the guise of war games and drills and training.
In my opinion... Putin is planning on annexing Belarus and getting ready for his big take over of Belarus.
The drunk idiot tyrannt can't be stopped in his ambition before he pops his clogs.
He'll be sticking on a dress and riding horses and calling himself Catherine the second next.
Sober or tipsy he always sees Russia as the victim. He could shoot a kid in the middle of Red Square and he'd be blaming the West for it.
Surely Russia could and just install Lukashenko as a 'regional leader'. Effectively that's what he is now, sad state of affairs.
Putin gifted 400,000 acres of seized farmland in Eastern Ukraine to oligarch and former agriculture minister Alexander Tkachev.
You have to look after those oligarchs below you..
Probably will.
It's becoming Russian now instead of just being a country aligned with Russia.
If the Belarussians who have wanted rid of Lukashenko genuinely want rid of him, they'll have to move very soon. Their window of opportunity will close as soon as Putin takes over the country.
I see elsewhere on an Indian blog. (You know how Putin likes to use the Indians as his mouthpiece as he thinks it makes the person speaking as impartial and informed in worldly ways.)
The blogger was saying Putin is moving Russian troops in as the threat of Ukrainian troops invading Belarus is increasing.
With Western eyes on the Russian ways on how they project what they're doing on the enemy. (WW2 nazi tactics). This means Russian troops are invading Belarus.
Belarus moves troops after Russia meeting
Russia's ally Belarus said on Wednesday it was moving troops and military hardware to counteract what it called a threat of terrorism, amid signs Moscow could be pressuring Minsk to open a new front in the war against Ukraine.
Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, who relied on Russian troops to put down a popular revolt two years ago, has allowed his country to serve as a staging ground for Russia's invasion of their neighbour.
He has so far kept his own army from joining the conflict, but recent weeks have seen increasing signs of involvement in Belarus from Moscow.
On Saturday, Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu flew unannounced to the capital Minsk.
That's the only thing left now, is that they organize and revolt against Lukashenko. But it will be a hard fight, with Russian military based there in big Nrs. A kind of underground resistance is what may emerge though, I can't see the locals willingly joining Putins military and being fed into the meat grinder that is Ukraine. Of course knowing Putins MO, they may not have a choice.
Russian combat rations unboxing. WARNING: I don't recommend clicking if you're just about to have/just had dinner.
Don't mix pain meds with booze a spill down the stairs probably on the best money can buy.
tones of vids like this some look horrible.
That is just propaganda.
Stuff out of cans/pouches always looks/smells like **** when you open it.
The weather forecast in the Donbass is rubish at the moment. It's unseasonably warm, but still wet. The forecast for the next week indicates much the same.
At the moment nothing lends itself to an offensive operation as everything is still mud. If anyone wants to go on holiday from this conlfict, very little will change between now and the new Year.
I do think that at some point in the New Year things will change. Ukraine and Russia are both clearly preparing fresh troops for the next leg of fighting. The stuff we're seeing at Bakhmut now is just a sideshow, an attempt to draw Ukrainian forces in to grind them down. There is still a very big battle to come from all this.
Has the opposite not been happening in Bakhmut? Ukraine seems content to sit in while russia continually throws bodies at it in a haphazard way.
Meanwhile in Moscow....
Something is burning 🔥🔥🔥
Another day another claim or prediction someone is hoping Russia make a comeback in Ukraine,
Currently Russia is losing hundreds men a day in a futile advance in bakhmut only to be hammered by accurate artillery fire nightly and beaten back, thousands of dead Russians, while it will be claimed ukraine is losing big numbers in the same area, the only evidence will be some unnamed source in a western media site dated months ago
What the hell were they storing in the shopping centre?
Looks like a controlled demolition.
Gas?
Could have been the hardware store, enough paint, turps, even gas cylinders and you'll get a mighty bang like that.
Holy crap. That looks like something from a movie.
You know the way before GCI was the norm for big explosions and all special effects were done by miniature effects, like the white house in Independence Day? That's what that explosion looks like with the random bits of building being fired in all directions. Moscow Shopping centres probably all made with enlarged matchsticks
It's funny that people's perceptions are shaped by what CGI explosions look like vs. what it would actually look like (and was more realistic when using models).
