Was looking for one of these for a Xmas gift but they’re currently €399 in store.
Dyson have an Irish outlet on eBay where they’re selling them (along with other Dyson products) heavily discounted.
The hairdryer is €209. Says damaged box but there’s plenty of feedback to say the box was in perfect condition.

Anybody bought a refurb, not a damaged box and actually got a new product.
I bought refurbed accessories for herself a or wrap last week. Arrived today. Brand new, sealed box!
Wouldn’t be able to afford it even at 209€ but i did try it courtesy of one of my friends and my hair felt and looked great after that 😆 so great bargain (!!) and thanks for posting ☺️

@justlikebefore If your dispatch date has passed it might be no harm to contact them via the link on the Dyson EBay page. They had a “systems error’ last weekend & some orders (including mine) were affected. Mine has since arrived.
Bought an Airwrap last week, no despatch email or tracking but showed up on Saturday, delivered by An Post, didn’t arrive in the presentation case that they are normally sold in, only a cardboard box, they are looking for an extra €67 for the original box which is a bit disappointing.
This is sad. We thought it will be new sealed box but you always have option to return it and get full refund. Is it working properly? Is there some kind of defect in the product?

Yes that’s it , I’m kinda raging as it’s a gift for my daughter , the Airwrap it’s self is in perfect condition but if I have to buy the case it knocks the good out of the original discount.

Just return it dude, then tell your daughter that she’s not getting one because you didn’t read it properly & the overpriced case that she’ll use once wasn’t included.
I think that was added after I complained , wasn’t on the original Ad last Tuesday
Ah ffs I bought one of these for the missus for €430 a couple of weeks ago….how did I not see this
Was thinking of returning and getting one of these but on inspection it turns my order included the stand (€60) and display case (€67) and delivery so even if I was to get a €299 one off eBay it’d work out the same with the extras really…that said, €209 would’ve been nice

this is the one i purchased via eBay that doesn’t appear to have a case or mat even in boots
Just received my Airwrap . A bit disappointing as all the bits are just thrown into a brown box. Doesn't look great in fact looks used and definitely couldn't be given as a gift!

Did anyone who purchased the V11 outsized receive their order yet. Ordered one well over a week ago, messaged and they said I’d have it in 3 to 5 working days. I know 5 days haven’t passed yet but over 3 working days now and nothing not even dispatched. Had the hairdryer delivered next day. I see a negative review on eBay re delivery and generic replies.
I just ordered the Hairdryer. Nov 29th and no sign yet.
if anyone has a spare dryer for 209 and wants to shift it, I would LOVE to get it for my housemate whos a nurse and had a pretty crap year.

I ordered a V11 and a hairdryer on the 29th of November and got a delivery date of the 2nd but nothing delivered as of yet
I messaged them tru eBay last week on delivery date and they said there was a glitch and they were pushing through the order it would be 3 to 5 days, emailed dyson yesterday evening and got told the same spiel and wait another 3 to 5 days so I’m guessing they are waiting on deliveries themselves, would much prefer if they were straight up.
