Oh interesting, I missed that.
Cheap as chips and now we know it. Cold weather has its advantages you know.
Russia has stopped using Iranian-made kamikaze drones in Ukraine because they don't work in cold weather, a Ukrainian official said.
"According to Russian sources"
I see speculation it may have been Tu-141 Strizh (1970's soviet technology) drone's used to hit the airfields, like the one that wandered off and crashed in Croatia earlier in the year. Or could be false but designed to further embaress sleepy/drunk russian air defense (what doing?)/
From where they can sign up with Wagner and try to locate any heating engineers in the Bakhmut region.
How much money to sponsor 1 Ukrainian babushka? $1/day?
You are aware Timmy ( even if you haven't mentioned it...for some reason? ) But in several Russian Citys, multiple communal housing and apartment blocks are without heat because in their zeal to reach their mobilization quotas (and avoid getting sent to the front themselves) they inadvertdly rounded up the heating engineers who kept the whole system up and running. Now they have some serious problems on their hands as its unknown as to how many they will get back, or even if they will get any.
OOPS News Flash: - Several recruiting officers have been arrested for claimed "Irregularities' in the recruitment process. They are now in prison"
Mathias Rust, now there's a blast from the past.
Yes, because this kind of murderous intimidation has always worked for them back home in RuSSia, and they think it will work everywhere else. Publicity-wise they cannot even see the enormity of the mistake they have made, not only have they shot themselves in both feet, they have blown both legs off. Slava Ukraini.
Credit where credit is due Mark. It's a welcome start and will only improve as its developed further. I can't see Vladimir being exactly overjoyed at this news. Imagine having to explain to his loyal subjects how the impossible has happened,,,,airports 1'000 klms from Ukraine, supposedly untouchable being hit, and 2 very expensive war planes being destroyed. And even worse, not being able to say that it was a freak, once off event, and would not happen again. Can't wait to see how the Solovyov / Margarita muppeteers try and explain this one. No doubt will be epic.😊
Mathias Rust allegedly commented "Hold mein beer"*
*may, or may not be a complete fabrication....
I'd imagine it won't long before Russian power stations start getting hit from inside Ukraine ,
Cry me a river then
You don't need to keep putting in the 'unfortunately's timmy. There's no mistaking which side of the fence you're on.
More than likely was included in the original 3-day plan, after Ukraine had been fully integrated back into Russia, and their populations merged, the Nrs would look a whole lot better. For a while any way...😎
Must have been 10 very precise missiles then unfortunately, new power outages in 5 more oblasts after those attacks

Imagine Russia's invasion of Ukraine wasn't about nato or Nazis but kidnapping Ukrainian children to increase the population of Russia
Looks like Ukraine shot down ~60 of the ~70 cruise missiles launched today.
Nice to see the Gepard's play their part. A nice cheap way to down them. Seemed from the video all it took was a few bursts to take it down. Pretty effective.
Negotiated peace is better than war. This is so obvious it doesnt need to be said.
What is more tricky is where the respective parties' negotiation demands are incompatible. There is no scope to negotiate when the gulf is too large.
Its a bit like refusing to go to a Vegan Restaurant unless they serve Beef Steak, and the restaurant saying you can only eat there if you dont eat animal products. Either one side concedes and goes along with the other's demands, or else they dont reach an agreement. Someone cominging in and suggesting that they agree to serve chicken nuggets or that vegetables cooked in beef dripping is still vegan will not work.
So really, what is that article saying other than it would be nice if there was some sort of unspecified compromise that both would accept? Yeah that would be great, but its not realistic.
Nice bit of shooting here-
Grumpy, seeing as how you are so concerned about the death rate in this war, some info for you. Before this war ever started, tens of thousands of Russians needlessly died each year because of the harsh life, lack of medical facilities, and the sheer hell of trying to survive in Putin's Russia. So many dying that the birthrate cannot keep up, hence the kidnapping of Children from Ukraine. And unless there will be radical changes after the war ends, this trend will continue. And this was taking place in peace time....now imagine how the death figures have skyrocketed if you add the military deaths to the civilian ones.? Because they have a common denominator, Vladimir Putin.
I'd say it's more likely a job than a habit.
Yeah, well it sucks to be a mobilik, but its no loss really.
There not comrade,
That is not a pro Ukraine balanced website.
It's a front for anti NATO and anti US propaganda.
Sample article: NATO should be abolished.
You seem to have a habit of falling for obvious propaganda and reposting it here.
What news - throw up a link there like a good comrade.
P.S. don't bother with the usual 'Russian mildly competent' source links. They are as transparent as a window made from invisible glass 😋
Yes, that's, true, but as I see it now, NATO and the West supply of weapons was always limited in range, to avoid any strikes on Russian territory, and thereby drawing NATO / West into WW3. difference now is that Ukraine is not using NATO / West supplied weapons, they're using their own home-produced ones. So, it's not so much Russia I'm speaking about, (although I'm delighted that Putin is getting a taste of his own medicine) it's NATO / West reaction. Will they wag the finger and say "Ukraine, sorry, but you cannot attack Russia like that" Or can Ukraine continue defending themselves in even better ways by attacking Russian assets in Russia?
pro Ukraine but balanced
So that's what the cool kids down Orwell road are calling it these days
Matt Molloy couldn't have played that flute Putin any better than the west has played him since he invaded Ukraine. I wonder does he even realise how completely he's being played.
Great news
Any comments on news that Ukraine is taking 500-800 casualties per day in Bakhmut area?
We all know that we dont need negotiations, all it needs just for ruskies to pack their sh!t and go back to motherland. I know you won't find an answer to this in your script
