Have not been to a proper concert since before covid , so looking forward to just going.

Plane lands in Bergamo, Milan is close (ish), but I've got accommodation in Bergamo.
Happy with toodling around Bergamo, tbh. Mr. Google seems to indicate there's plenty of stuff to see and nice restaurants etc. And it's just at the foot of the northern mountains there, so might even have some snowy stuff to please the eye!
It's somewhere I've never been and someone else is footing the bill, what's not to like? 😁
I've only been to Bergamo in Italy. For a wedding. There is a beautiful old town there. Also you could probably even get a day trip to Venice or Bologna or ... from there, and they'd be quieter at that time of year.

The box of tree and decorations are cluttering the kitchen floor ready for take off. The Advent Wreath has been up earlier and the new candles are looking elegant... I have a huge white star for the tall wild fuchsia tree on the drive.

One of mine was missing 24 hours this week. I do not let them out but there were deliveries etc so I thought he had escaped. Tramped the lane calling him, alerted the neighbours.. went to bed upset... As I was almost asleep I heard a familiar cry... And he appeared in the kitchen.. I have no idea where he managed to hide.. New name is Houdini So relieved..

I'm genuinely envious - I've been suffering from some mild arthritis in me hips for the last year or so and it's just being able to go out on walks that I've been missing lately :(
Trundle time here, did manage a pretty decent sleep though..
I have to force myself out. I am not sure what you can do with arthritis. But I was wrecked from lack of regular exercise and started back with short daily walks or cycle and now am back on long walks. I also find cod liver oil is great.
So the temps keep dropping. My solution is a roaring fire, movie, beer and curry. Delighted to have the Christmas shopping done weeks ago. No need to join the busy mayhem.
Munchkin sleeping over. We're going to go for a drive down the town in a few minutes for her to see the Christmas Lights. Then lasagne and bed , that's the order she has decided upon ☺️

It wouldn't surprise me tbh 😂 We actually haven't gone anywhere yet as she's decorating the kitchen and I'm banished to the other end where I can't see what she's doing. For the last hour ☺️
