What are you talking about? Of course she should encourage the west to stand against war crimes. She, like all victims, is entitled to justice. In fact the west should ask forgiveness from Ukraine for supporting Russia with gas deals and financing this war when they should have known better. Ukraine should not have to beg for help, it should be given to them in reparation for the west's stupidity and their part in getting them into this situation in the first place.

And it gave up its strategic weapons as part of Budapest agreement and received security guarantees from the major Western powers.
Russia violated this treaty multiple times pre 2022 invasion, and still the West enabled Russia to grow stronger through energy and other purchases.

There hasn't a great success rate in the ICCs for war crimes has there , post WW2 many senior Nazis had their sentences commuted or released and Allowed to return to positions of power, Russians may get convicted in absentia, but that will mean nothing to the Russians, large parts of the population have never travelled outside of Russia,
The link provided shows the aid given to Ukraine to help them since being attacked by russia as a percentage of GDP with only Latvia and Estonia giving close to one percent of their GDP to help them while most donors are giving a much smaller percentage of their GDP. With the murder of thousands of Ukrainians, continued attacks on civilians and thousands of war crimes already committed by the invading troops I have no problem with them asking for more help. If they were not fighting the rusiians so effectively the rest of Europe would be in much more serious trouble from putin and his military state.
I see we're not on the list, but that's not a surprise - most of our aid to Ukraine has come in the form of taking in higher numbers of refugees per capita than most European countries. I believe this policy is quite deliberate by the govt, we're not in a position to help them with military aid and hence the pledge to take in a lot of their displaced citizens instead.
Ukraine has not received trillions, not even close; perhaps you are getting confused with the cost of the damage inflicted on their country.
According to the Kiel Institute which monitors this, total government aid given or committed to Ukraine up to the start of October was about €94 billion.

Yeah, looked again and it just says committments. Seems hard to find a source that states the actual amount given in aid.
I believe that refers to money coming directly from the EU itself i.e. EU funding, but I imagine much more has been sent by individual EU countries in the form of humanitarian aid etc.
Lend lease started 1 october as well,so hard to say the exact number given in aid to Ukraine
Reports on Telegram that the energy supply situation is slowly improving. Not sure if this aid has even arrived yet.
